I took my kombi van down to have 4 x new tyres fitted. When I returned home the centre wheel caps (porche) were both missing from the passenger side. Rang straight away and was told they were put back on. I took photos and drove back down where I was again told they were put back on. How is it then, that the 2 drivers side ones are still there, but the 2 passenger side ones are missing. The only solution they offered was 'I dont think you will be able to get them'.. Awesome! We take great pride in our van - we respect it and we keep it meticulous and as their important message to our valued clients states, they apparently do to??? After searching all afternoon and this morning I found replacements online which cost 75.00 each. So I will be out of pocket a further 150.00 plus postage to replace something that I shouldn't have to. Not good enough and when they couldn't care less it makes it even more frustrating.

Bought a set of rims from Morayfeild store and balance was so bad couldn't drive home.Went back and was told that the locators weren't fitted,so they fitted them and rebalanced wheels and was not much better but driveable, I was told they didn't bother rebalancing the rear tyres because machine is only accurate to 20gr...really. I went to a third party tyre dealer for a proper balance and couldn.t do the rears because of buckled rim.This rim was on the car 1 day,they replaced the rim and had to get it rebalanced becuase they're machine is not calibrated.I have since been told other rim has slight buckle aswell.this would have been glaringly obvious that the rims were buckled by the numbers the balancer threw up yet they were still fitted.It cost me another $60 to have the wheels balanced properly not to mention the inconvenience and not once was I offered an apology,I will never shop at Bob Jane again

Called to state we we're having issues with our Novated Lease company, Had us come in that day.
After hearing our frustrations and looking at our tyres, They said they would have no problem getting approval and fitted new ones that day within 2 hours.
Didn't catch the blokes name behind the counter, But he has secured a Customer for life!

Alleged deceptive Conduct. Ordered 4 XMichelin PRIMACY 4 ST 195/65R15 91V for fitment at Doncaster
Wed 16 Aug 23 1pm for $829 incl fitting and balance. In the morning was advised tyres had arrived at the store. Then I was called by store to advise they didnt have the tyres but they could offer the Michelin Energy model for a lesser price. I checked several other tyre places to ascertain supply status. All stated nil stock Australia wide almost immediately when checking their online systems. Tyre continua to be advertised by Michelin with Topline reviews so why would I suddenly change my mind because they can't get it. They appeared to have tricked me.
I can only conclude Bob Jane T Mart knew about this right at the time of order but engaged in conduct to try and keep a tyre deal by offering a substitute at the last minute.
Bad tactic on their part as will get bad reviews.

Blacktown sunnyholt road. Got new tyres and wheel alignment completed 5-6 weeks ago. The alignment is still out. Called the store and they simply said i should have come back straight away. wheel alignment will be charged again. Poor customer service. Never going back

Told inexperienced driver need 4 tyres
1 definitely needed replacement 1 slightly worn on 1 side but still plenty tread, 2 tyres 3mm from wear markings but forced to replace all 4 "not roadworthy" Felt they use this line to get extra sales. Asked how much and being under fleet he could not give me a price!
Do not trust them. Felt ripped off!

Such amazing service from the team at Bob Janes! I made a quick phone call to Josh (mid-late afternoon) explaining my issue and he said to go in to get my battery and tyres checked after a warning light had come on in my car. Made it into the store and within a few minutes they had diagnosed a need for a battery replacement and to inflate my tyres to the correct PSI. Got the job underway and I was on my way within half an hour. So much thanks to Josh and the team for making it such an easy experience. This is what great customer service is all about! Highly recommend the team at Mt Ommaney for all of your tyre and battery needs.

I used to buy tryes fro other company's and after several months they had to be replaced SO !!! I decided to visit Bob Jane for thier advise. Thank God i did . they were fantastic with thier service and great advise the salelsman Wayne gave me absolutely great service and now i will not go anywhere else . bought 3 new tyres and was told they are best brand as they have road hazard warranty. when I tried to claim guy was rude aggressive and told me tough titties 😒.
The manager at armadale is very rude , swears at you and makes threats .

I bought four tyres and a few weeks later one of the caps felt off.
The caps were okay before the new tyres changed.
I went to put a complaint but I was told that the manager was not there and I will have to wait for him to call me back
I went back and an other person was at the counter, it was the 10/01/23 at 1pm, he denied the claim and said that it would be hard for me to prove that whoever has put the cap back left it loses. I told him that I will put a complaint and he replied that he will also put one against me.
I am very disappointed and it costs me an extra $55 to get a new tyres cap set from Supercheap.
The way I was treated was unacceptable.

I could not recommend strongly enough that you NEVER go to the Port Melbourne outlet. The staff are unprofessional and unhelpful. Refused to help with price difference between retail and Fleet, would not even contact the fleet company while I was there to allow me to compare prices and make a decision.
When I picked up the car one of the Tyres was flat!
Was charged $380 more through fleet than retail. When asked for a tax invoice, was told they could not supply one as it was charged to the fleet company, which means I have no official documentation for the purchase and fitting. Every other company that is dealt with for fleet purposes, supplies a tax invoice. How unprofessional, is it even legal to refuse to supply it? When I followed up and asked for something on a letter head to say what was quoted to chase up with the Fleet company was told that they could not do it and they have to ask Head Office to do it, which is right next door. I was told he would get back to me by days end. That was 7th October 2022, it is now 21st October, 2 weeks later I have had no further communication.

Visited this Bob Jane for the first time in a attempt to find a set of 4 Tyre's worth over $2000
Interest and investment in providing any customer experience and in getting a sale was a 2 out of 10.
No offer of suggestions for other alternatives or chasing of the stock and a call back for a possible ETA was too much effort. Credit that they were reasonably polite.
Taken business elsewhere where they were keen.

Fountain Gate Bob Jane Tmart.
Requested via website a Price Match for 4x Michelin Pilot Sport tyres. Competitor website had them at $342 per tyre. Bob Jane website had the same tyre at $385. Got Quote from Fountain Gate store 1440 fitted incl alignment etc. So had tyres fitted at Fountain Gate. When I asked for Tax Invoice so could claim Michelin Redemption offer ($100 if buy 4x Tyres before 30 Sep), was told Best Price Quote was after $100 Redemption. Did not receive Tax Invoice.
Later on same day, sent details via website to Fountain Gate store, requesting Tax Invoice and pointing out that I never agreed to assigning them the $100 Michelin Redemption.
Have not heard anything yet.
Seems to me that their Best Price Guarantee is complete crap (as turns out Quote was really normal price x 4 tyres less $100 rather than comparison to cheaper price from competitors + 10% difference as per their website)
Then refusing to provide a Tax Invoice when requested is considered to be extremely poor / illegal too. Telling me that the price I paid is after the $100 Redemption is not how it works - looked at the Michelin T&C. I can’t claim redemption because I was refused a Tax Invoice
This is one of the worst Customer Experiences ever. There is no way I would recommend Bob Jane after this behaviour.

Subsequent to posting the review above, the Fountain Gate Store Manager has been in touch early yesterday morning, however still waiting for the Tax Invoice to be sent to me as well as details of the remedy.
