These guys absolutely stink. I have a nice platinum Rolex Yachtmaster and I heard good things about them, probably from people who have not dealt with them, and I asked for a quote. The first offer I got was $7480, which I thought was decent, but after looking at Ebay thought I might be able to do better. A few days later then sent me a new offer of $7040, and mentioned they would have to deduct $600 from that for a rebuild and a polish. I went to a local shop and they said they had a qualified tech who could do the rebuild and polish for $375. Then they sent me a third offer for $6840. I guess their theory is they will keep lowering the price until I am paying them to take it off my hands. A bold strategy, but it might not work. Avoid these drooling morons at all cost!!!
Terrible buy prices. I mean borderline insulting. Literally got 40% more for my watch by driving 7 miles away. Have tried to do business with them bc they are a legit watch store - but across 7 years I have never got a reasonable offer from them.

I sent in my Rolex and the final offer came in slightly lower than the estimate because it needed a new crystal. What I appreciated is that they only deducted their actual cost of $100 when a jeweler would have charged around $300+ for the same repair. That felt very fair and transparent.

I would give them five stars but I’m a bit concerned, there website states that I would receive a CSA report within 1-2 days , I purchased the watch 6 days ago and no report? If I don’t receive the report today I’ll be returning the watch. I’ve just updated my purchase with Bobs , as of today they sent me the CSA which, definitely puts my mind at ease.

Simply the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a high-quality watch. Associates are tremendously helpful very patient and respectful and willing to take the time to make sure you are purchasing what you really want.
Never any pressure.

I tried giving Bob's watches my business, but I learned, in my opinion, they are still doing shady business practices from my experience 1 year ago with them. I tried trading my solid Rose Gold Omega 57 in for a old reference Rolex Daytona. My watch is still listed on Jaztime at $30,399. I was contacted by a salesperson Bryant Adjei who flat out told me that he used Ebay and Chrono 24 to value my watch and he could only give me $9,000. I said if we are going to use those types of unreliable sites to determine a value of a watch then I will value your Rolex the SAME WAY. I looked up Bob's Rolex Daytona value at $15,000 and Bryant agreed the Rolex Daytona on Bob's is the same, 1 year newer. Through emails, Bryant Adjei made me believe we had a wholesale to wholesale deal. Which I agreed to.
Shortly after, Bryant Adjei emailed me back and said no. Then Joe Alessandrini got involved and I asked him to explain why you would say my Gold Omega which still has 4 years under factory warranty and is in perfect condition, be valued by Bob's watches at such a low value and he would not answer me. They made me believe we had a deal, then they backed out. The deal would make sense, using the two sites to determine the value of both watches.
I believe based on how I was treated that Bob's watches used shady used car dealership tactics to try and get me to take their ridiculous offer. I would do your do diligence when even trying to make a deal with Bob's Watches. They really treated me like some uneducated person who just says yes to their shady sales tactics. This was my personal experience and beliefs with Bob's Watches.

I sent them my original purchase watch that had been worn 5 times. We agreed to a price and I shipped it to them. After receiving the watch, they told me they would have to deduct a $1000 for service (watch works perfectly), polish and a new leather strap! Wow! I told them to send my watch back. We will see if I even get it back. Buyer beware

I decided to pick up an additional Rolex and could not find one locally. I found a couple I liked and communicated back-and-forth with Harrison. He did a phenomenal job with communication follow up and making sure I got the watch. I wanted and nearly perfect condition. I am very happy overall and plan to do business again in the future.

I was selling my Presidents Rolex. Laura at Bob's Watches "low-balled" me so badly!!!! I attempted to negotiate with them and they just kept it unvalued.
I was able to sell my watch to a different firm for $4,000.00 more that Bob's offer.

i had a failed transaction with their incompetence in completing it. pure stupidity on their part, with failing to comprehend my communication. Also, the email service refuses to unsubscribe me though I have clicked through to do so several times and replied directly to correspondences which are not no reply. They are bullies and simply full of themselves. Do not recommend.

Very good experience dealing with Rob Everything went smooth exactly how he explained. I traded one timepiece in and used part of the proceeds toward the new one

The entire staff is soooo helpful and knowledgeable! Always answer the phone and take of everything on the spot. From the receptionist to her actually purchasing of the watch was so low key and comfortable. The location is perfect. Have bought 3 watches from them and plan to buy one more. DB

After discovering a watch that caught my interest on their website, I decided to proceed with the purchase. Initially, I attempted to contact their customer service via phone, but the representative’s demeanor appeared overly “slick”, which was a turn off. Consequently, I opted to complete the transaction directly through their website.
The process was uneventful, and I received an email containing instructions for initiating a bank wire payment. Within a few hours, I received an email notification confirming the purchase and a FedEx tracking number. The package was scheduled for delivery via FedEx Priority Overnight with an estimated arrival time of early afternoon the next day (Saturday).
Upon checking the FedEx website for updates, I noticed a discrepancy: the tracking number for my package was a duplicate. This was an unfamiliar occurrence, but I was able to click on the tracking number, which initially indicated some movement. However, upon checking on Saturday morning, the tracking number had not been updated for several hours and remained stationary in California. Later that morning, the FedEx website informed me that a delivery date would be added once the package commenced movement, but this notification remained unchanged.
On Monday, I sent an email to Bob’s customer service department. A representative responded promptly, indicating that they had initiated a case with FedEx and would provide an update. However, subsequent communications were sporadic, and any response from Bob’s occurred only after my attempts via emails or calls. Over the next two weeks, I sent multiple emails, some of which were not answered or responded to cryptically. Consequently, I had to contact them via phone to request updates and obtain a refund.
Towards the end of the first week, I inquired about the timeline for their investigation, which was estimated to extend until the end of the second week (two weeks after the order date). I sent an email on Monday of the following week requesting an update and the expected refund date. Unfortunately, I received no response.
I subsequently contacted them and was informed that my money would be refunded via bank wire “tomorrow” and requested that I provide my bank information. I promptly submitted this information, but the next day passed without any further communication. I sent another email but received no response. I made another phone call, leaving a message for their attention.
Subsequently, I received an email stating that the wire had been sent and that I should expect it by late afternoon that day (two days after the initial estimate). A short time later, I received a text message from my bank confirming the deposit.
While the issue with FedEx was beyond their control, it was also unusual as I had never encountered a reused tracking number before. The other tracking number was also associated with a lost package. Some research indicated that FedEx reusing tracking numbers is “rare” but does occur. I am uncertain about the significance of this occurrence in my case, given the nature of the expensive purchase. Overall, the situation seems rather peculiar.
If Bob’s had been more proactive in contacting me and transparent about their efforts to resolve this issue, I would have given them a higher rating. It was not appropriate for me to be responsible for initiating emails and making phone calls to receive updates. In summary, this entire experience was disappointing and frustrating.

The sales person Ricardo was patient and informative. Being new to Rolex myself, his experience became very useful. He treated me with respect and had great people skills. Very down to earth.

Lowball city. Had a flawless Daytona I wanted to sell. Offered me 7k below what the exact watch has sold for multiple times on eBay and chrono 24. They’re selling the same piece for 15k more. Also the owner isn’t named Bob. Whole place is a joke.

Could not be better pleased with the watch recently I recently purchased from Bob's. Pricing was competitive and fair, the service was extraordinarily excellent. On arrival the watch proved even nicer than it had appeared in the meticulous and accurate online depiction. This firm in every respect lived up to its reputation for integrity, transparency, customer focus, and delivery perfection. Special mention to Marissa, whose knowledgeable professionalism made the purchase a pleasure. Highest recommendation!

The service and communication was fantastic! The process was very easy, and the watch was beautiful and exactly as described. I purchased a Rolex GMT master II the “Pepsi” that I have been looking for for the last year.
