Very helpful in education and selection
Made a call and spoke to Paul. He educated me on Rolex models and pointed me in the direction of a new release that although previously owned was still covered by the rolex warranty. Yes it was expensive but the warranty, sales help, return policy all gave me comfort that i did not get from other dealers.

I had a great experience selling my cartier watch to Bob's watches, I just looked them up online, sent them pictures, Mr. Robinson Phan, took care of me. Immediately called me, answered my questions. Sent me a prepaid insured overnight packing slip. He then Let me know exactly when it arrived, also called me within the same day and gave me a good offer for my watch. I was extremely pleased with the outcome he was professional, and the transaction was smooth and very efficient. I thank them and I highly recommend RobinsonPhan and BOB WATCHES.

I have bought and sold multiple times with Bob's Watches and always had a great experience. Recently I tried to sell a watch and wasn't hearing a response to my phone calls or emails. Finally I reached out to the general number and fortunately got in contact with Bryan Habibi. Bryan apologized for the original buyer and let me know he would take great care of me. Bryan exceeded my expectations and stayed in touch by phone, email and text every step of the way. Bryan took what started out as a bad experience and turned it around. If you have a watch to sell, ask for Bryan Habibi.

Process was surprisingly simple
Process was surprisingly simple. I was always concerned about spending this kind of money online for a Rolex. It was a breeze in the end...sent my bank wire at 10 AM EST and was confirmed 2 hours later. Got an email from Bob's at 4 PM that they had shipped it overnight via FedEx. I am 3000 miles away from their CA store and received it at 12:30 PM the next day. Salesmen on the phone were very helpful. I will do business with Bob's again for another Rolex.

This was my second purchase and just like the first, it was a great experience. I placed the order on a Saturday, and it was at my door Tuesday morning. The watch is in excellent condition and has zero blemishes. When it is time for a third, I will go nowhere else.
