Bobtail is hands down the best factoring company in the industry!!! I’ve been in the industry for 10+ years and I’ve dealt with a lot of factoring companies. Bobtail is the best!!! No hidden fees!!! They provide excellent customer service!!! If I call I can immediately speak to an agent to assist me!! I’m definitely not just a number here!!! Their software is very easy to use. I can upload all my invoices in literally 5 mins or less!!! They are genuine in providing industry leading customer service!!

Bobtail has great customer service. Someone is always there to help us when there are issues with invoices. Funding is on time and someone always picks up. There are a lot of crook factoring companies out there with hidden and surprise fees but Bobtail only has 1 simple flat rate. I recommend Bobtail to every trucker out there."

I am new to Bob Tail but ,I have had nothing but good experience, especially when I had a problem with uploading invoice mrs. Sharin went beyond to help me figure out how to get it submitted and she was calm and pleasant, Only thing I would change is how we upload paperwork it shouldn't be hard or stressful, especially when you been up loading already and it's just this 1 that dont want to upload correctly, Thanks Sharin ,you were my stress savor.🤨
