Scam website - looks professional but no response or delivery. Issues a delivery tracker which looks suspect and never worked. Phone number has international dial tone (from UK) but no response.

After seeing a picture of some boots advertised by Bobtasia, I decided to purchase. The boots were a distressed leather mens boots. What arrives was a China special plastic cheap rubbish which you would not pay a few pounds for. This company is MISLEADING and outright Ripping people off!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! ITS UTTER TAT!
I am currently battling with them for a full refund and they are dragging their heels!

I bought a pair of men’s Oxford shoes
I bought a pair of men’s Oxford shoes , and when they arrived they were nothing like the pictures. The red soles were only on half the shoe with white holes? And no metal detail or half as much detailing on the shoe than described on the website. After emailing about this I chose the option for a full refund voucher to which they said would come in a separate email. After days of waiting this email never came I have emailed atleast 15 times and am now being ignored for a refund that I was promised !!! Do not buy from this website
