I ordered the low calorie oil spray 2-3 times from body&fit. Every time the spray stopped working. In the begiining it works perfect, however after using half the bottle, the spray doesn't work at all.

It was my first time purchasing from Body and Fit (certainly not my last) and I ordered some Slimfast rtd shakes. The products were much cheaper than elsewhere and the availability is pretty spot on, considering the price.
Whilst my first order was mildly confused- a single shake arrived, rather than a pack of six, the customer service team (Lilly, specifically) was amazing. She queried as to what she could do; would I prefer a refund or a different product. I selected the different shake flavour (the original one I ordered was out of stock) and this replacement arrived within two days.
Handled very efficiently and with great customer care. I am now, a repeat customer.
