You charged my Credit Card but I didn’t join!…

I visited but did not join. I don’t have an active account and couldn’t even sign in. I was a member years ago and found my credit card was charged today! What’s with that! I can’t get in but you can charge my credit card?

Our records show you visited our website on 09/30/2024 10:13 AM UTC-04:00, and signed up for the 7 day free trial and entered your credit card information.

Body FX does not have any way to sign a member up with credit card information. The ONLY way for a member to be charged is for the member to physically enter the credit card information on our website.

You made a purchase with us a back in 2019 as well, both purchases were made using a different credit card.

If you do not want to continue with your subscription or you need help accessing, please email support@bodyfx.com.

Since you had an account with us prior, your login is the same and the subscription was added to your account.

If you do not remember your login, you can click the "Forgot Password" on the sign in page to create a new one.

We would be happy to send you your sign up information. This would include all the information entered, the IP address of where the order took place and the device used to place the order.

It's great to be back

No listening at all

No listening at all . The person didnt understand I dont have Facebook and I wanted a direct link. Didnt understand that I bought an access in 2020 and I dont have access any more and I asked for it.

Very frustrating and tiring. Bad experience

Great value and a fun way to workout

Great service and everything I ordered arrived promptly. I love the fact that there is an app and browser plus I was sent CDs and ebooks. Great value for money!

Jaana's high energy always puts me in a good mood when I don't feel like exercising and I love the fact that you can do things at your level and pace. Jaana puts a smile on my face - which isn't always the case when I'm exercising :)

Great way of exercising…

I am a fan of certain coaches and their programs but I feel overwhelmed by all the different live sessions I can never watch because I am in Europe. I would prefer to be able to purchase single programs. I am very busy and have 45 minutes to exercise and things have gotten too much for me

We understand that this may be overwhelming to you, you are welcome to only access specific sessions from the Coaches that you love the most or the style of workout you prefer. There is definitely something for everyone.

Regarding the Live sessions you are able to view them after in the "Live Archive" schedule. We do change up the times to try to accommodate as many timezones as we can.

I signed up for the free trial but…

I signed up for the free trial but there was no way to cancel. On the app it showed there was no active subscription, it wasn't on Google play as a subscription. Be careful, they don't make it easy to cancel and take your money regardless.

Sorry for any confusion, per our FAQ/Website, cancelations are made by reaching out to our support team. It is advised to read all FAQ/Canelation policies before signing up for any paid subscription. It is easy to cancel with us, and we will respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.

Since you signed up with Body FX directly on our website, the subscription would not show up in your Google Play as a subscription. The only subscriptions that will show in your Google Play are subscriptions you sign up for directly through the Google Play store.

We do not see that you have reached out to cancel your account. Rest assured, we have done this for you. If you need anything else or have any other questions, please email support@bodyfx.com.

I am loving the workouts

I am loving the workouts. I started about 7 days ago and I am enjoying the variety of workouts. Even if I only have 15mins to exercise there is a workout that is quick and effective. I have been paying $160 a month for a gym membership that I hardly used because I am time poor and travel a lot. I joined BodyFx so I can take my classes with me. Best program xx

Love body FX,apart from days ,witch I…

Love body FX,apart from days ,witch I love it offeres a lot of other work outs and programs,for all fitness levels.when I first stated I didn’t think I would ever be able to follow dance routines ,but I persevered and got there ,still not as good as the instructors but loving it .I started FX to get fit in my 60,s I’m now 71 and still loving it .thanks to all the teams

Disappointed

I’m about to purchase the 50 per cent off. After I put my card details I didn’t receive any details. I even emailed to confirm my subscription but no reply. After 7 days. They automatically debit the $30. So disappointed that they putting the promo as a bait. I will definitely cancel my subscription

If you do not remember this, you can click the "Unsubscribe" link on the sign in page to create a new password. Body FX will extend your billing an additional 7 days to allow you time to do this and access your account.

You did not receive our emails as our records show you unsubscribed from receiving any emails from us. To allow us to send you emails, please find any email from us, click "Unsubscribe" and select the option "I unsubscribed by accident! Please add me back to this list".

Correct, after the 7 days as indicated at the time of sign up, you are automatically charged unless you cancel.

So Many Options!

There are so many options for working out - and most are available 24 / 7. The others are offered by specific instructors on different days. I don't think I'll ever get bored, and I'm looking forward to trying some of the different options. But will forever use Figure 8 - it's a favorite !

Unethical company, obstructs access to your own account. Can't cancel or disable auto-renew w/out contacting support.

UPDATE Because I couldn't find a way to reply to Body FX's reply, here it is:
I sent them an email request to cancel. They sent a reply not with a confirmed cancellation, like I asked, but with offers of temporarily reduced prices if I stay. And a link to my account, which actually didn't work. So I've still never had access to my account. I declined their offers & again asked for cancellation & refund of my payment. The next email finally confirmed all of that. The hoops are unnecessary & only serve them.
The reason they don't allow direct access to your account isn't for security, it's so you can't cancel w/out giving them a chance to convince you to stay. I understand that's what a company wants to do, but the vast majority of companies don't block access to your account, they let you cancel w/one click and some automatically offer you a few months for free if you stay. That's the ethical way to do it, not how Body FX does it.

They have some good videos but I wasn't using them much anymore so I wanted to cancel. I looked at the website & there is absolutely zero account access. You have to contact support to have them send you a URL for your account. It's like getting permission to access my own account setting, putting up an intentional obstacle to cancel or disable automatic renewals. It's predatory & as we know with the vast majority of companies, you can handle all your account settings easily & cancel with 1 click. It's unethical and intentional to route everyone through support & block access to customer account settings. This unethical business behavior & should be illegal.

The URL will allow you to cancel your account without having to email support. This link was sent to you. If you had an issue with it, we apologize, it was working on our end.

Body FX provides all of this information upfront before any member signs up. It is clearly indicated on our website and in our FAQ to cancel you may email support@bodyfx.com at anytime.

Body FX responds to all emails within 1 business day. This was the case with you as well.

A+ for customer service AND quality

BodyFX did a big changeover recently (perhaps changing their hosting servers, I don't know - something big like that) and there was some interruption of services. Stuff like that happens with ALL products and services. ALL. What matters is how a company handles it. Their responses to me were above and beyond and they offered benefits for the time of lost service. THAT'S what matters. How they handle their customers when things go wrong, and they always will.
I LOVE their workouts - the instructors are knowledgeable about the body and movement (I'm an occupational therapist) and they so clearly give ways to make it more challenging or easier, they're energetic and encouraging. I'm grateful that I can combine high quality weight training and cardio/HIIT workouts so efficiently. I need to explore the other types of workouts something, too - they offer so many types! I started by purchasing the Figure 8, which are SO much fun, then did the subscription and dropped my gym membership. Excellence in workout offerings and expertise.

Excellent Customer Service

Customer service in Body FX is par excellence. I recently had a problem getting into the program that I had purchased and they responded within 24 hours although I am living way out here in the east, in Singapore. Not once, but twice, they responded promptly and solved the matter immediately. I love all the exercises too which are so user friendly as they have modifications which are suitable for the elderly or someone who has just recovered from an illness or for someone who has not exercised for a long time. Keep it up Body FX!
