Used to be great

Whilst the content is fab, the new upgrade to the app has made it impossible to use or stream. Customer service pretty dismissive. So I'm giving it a week to see if they make it user freindly again, or I'm cancelling as I'm not paying for something that doesn't work.

Love this app!

I love this app for the variety of workouts and trainers. So many different workout time lengths and styles and the daily email is very motivational.

You will love it!

To me, it has meant to be able to have fun and continue to exercise from home. I have always been a person of classes, love the energy of them and I got to know BodyFX because I purchased the Figure 8 program Wich I love!
Definitely a great investment in yourself.

Difficult to cancel subscription

The workouts were good, but I am not using it as much as I would like to so decided to cancel my subscription. The problem is you seem to have to jump through hoops to cancel whereas a simple cancel subscription section or button on the website or app would do the job beautifully. It would create a lot less stress and inconvenience for the valid customer. This has left me questioning why is it so difficult to cancel my subscription??$$$$ I have searched my account and the website from top to bottom, it's non-existent alongside any of my account details. For a company which has a vast membership this level of customer service is poor. Please consider making it easier to cancel, there are a lot of other companies out there that make it easy for their customer and it's a good look. You can do better.

BodyFx was an answer to my prayers in…

BodyFx was an answer to my prayers in 2020 and I have been a subscriber ever since. What Ilike about BodyFx is that it has variety of programs to suit each individual and their needs. It has modifications too which help the beginners and the physically challenged to benefit from the same exercises. The customer support is friendly and dedicated to solving customer issues. I recently had a problem as they have upgraded their app and the customer service was very cooperative and keen that the problem be addressed. There are a few challenges with the new APP which they are smoothing out though but they have been very gracious throughout. I have great faith in their programs and especially Jaana. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to lose weight and get fit.

Dance fitness

This is the most amazing dance fitness programme that I started in lockdown and have continued ever since. It is great to be fit, strong and toned. Body FX makes me happy! There is a really positive community on Facebook and you see the wonderful results of this programme.

Wonderful home fitness app

Body FX have created the world's best home fitness app. I love the dance based workouts for core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and brain health. Dance workouts activate the cerebellum, very good to promote neurological wellbeing.

Figure 8

Hi there from Montréal Québec..

I like a lot my Figure8 programs, I was concerned I thought I lost it, cause of the new app !

And Gina through support's email resolved it, yay,, happy I am. I can continue to danse and building my abs mean time enjoying music.

Cannot access my account via amazon…

Cannot access my account via amazon fire stick but works intermittently on my phone shows workouts are locked despite payment being taken recently
This has been ongoing for several weeks and also been in contact with Vimeo to no gain
Been loyal member for over 4 years and now wondering if better to take my custom elsewhere!!!

On your response you say you don't use vimeo?.....why did they contact me when I deleted the account to reset it?......got all the emails and if its undergoing maintenance it should still work, it hasn't worked for weeks through the firestick.

We no longer use Vimeo and Vimeo does not offer support for our members. If Vimeo responded back to you, that is out of our control, but Vimeo no longer hosts the Body FX workouts and platforms.

We are doing maintenance on our apps and The Amazon Fire Stick is still undergoing maintenance.

Good an easy Sport at home

I love Jana's videos and whenever the weather is bad outside and I can't go running Jana makes me sweat and changes my mood.
Other than that whenever I have had any problems the support staff have been very helpful and have solved my problems very efficiently and quickly.
I can highly recommend it.

I love my Body FX videos by Jaana

I love my Body FX videos by Jaana. I’ve been using them nearly every day for over four years and I love the results. Support by Gina is excellent also! I’d recommend Body FX to anyone and have recommended them to several friends and relatives already.

The best exercise program out there!

I’ve been using Body FX for three and a half years and am so satisfied with every aspect of this program.

First, the workouts themselves are top notch. They’ve kept me coming back for this long and I love them. It’s easy to get started on a workout program and then quit. Instead, I’ve stuck with this and enjoy the variety of dance workouts. They’re fun, but they are so effective. I lost 40 pounds in five months and have maintained that since then.

The customer service is also the best. Anytime I’ve had a question or encountered a tech issue, I’ve gotten a very fast response AND my problem has been resolved.

The online community is also a great part of this program. Everyone cheers each other on and keeps each other motivated. This has been a very helpful part of sticking with Body FX.

I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to get in shape and lead a healthier lifestyle!

I asked for a subscription cancelation…

I asked for a subscription cancelation before my trials ends and I didn't get any respond. And most probably they charged my credit card for a new month that actually I don't want and I'm not getting any use of it.
Not satisfied that they have no cancelation button on their website and you have to reach to the customer service to cancel and they actually don't respond.

Good range of exercise but not sure on the customer service

I am enjoying the exercises and the wide selection of programs on the monthly subscription. I'm an existing customer who purchased the Figure 8 programs from years ago. There was an issue with the sign up and the wrong amount was deducted which was quickly resolved after my email. However, since that email, I had sent another 2 emails for updates regarding future payments and the promotional gifts and a query ticket was raised on the app, as yet none of those 3 emails have been answered. I feel as though customer service is now ignoring me after I have signed up. Very strange indeed considering they were so helpful before. That has certainly dampened my experience with BodyFX.

Additional info as at 16/05/2024:
**All my emails were attached to the same email trail. The only communication that wasn't, was the query ticket which was raised on the app. Customer Service is currently, as at today, answering my queries.
