Beachbody is dead ! Long Live Body FX !
After deciding I no longer wanted to have any involvement with Beachbody ( just check out reviews to found out why) I looked for an alternative and I found it in BodyFX. Now I have a huge choice of workouts and can enjoy exercise again AND at a very reasonable price ( unlike previously mentioned company). Thank you Body FX

No excuse for workout!
There are so many workouts to choose from, and whatever mood I am in for the day, I can easily find something and start enjoying it. Having little or more time to spare, there is a workout that would fit with the minutes you have.

The variety
The variety. I hate boring workouts or workouts like boxing which I don't do. This app lets you choose which workout to do every day. They have a schedule you can follow but you might have your own schedule.Some of these are only 6-8 minutes long but by the end you are sweating.

I've started using Body FX in December
I've started using Body FX in December. I've lost about 15lbs. I absolutely love the workout programs. I started with Figure 8 Fitness. Then move on to JNL Fitness. Now I'm doing Rythm Fit. All awesome programs!

It doesn't look like you have paid or purchased anything. It looks like you have only done several free trials. We generally only allow one per member, you have signed up for 7 Free trials in the past year. Right now you do not have an active account and again, you have never been billed or paid Body FX for any products or services.

Horrible subscription service
Horrible subscription service. You cannot talk to anyone and they continued to charge even after we told them to cancel. They said well you have access for the next 6 months instead of refunding our money; which they had been charging every six months without our knowledge. Avoid this at all costs. I even disputed with my credit card but they write the rules so they don't and won't provide refunds. Horrible and I will make it a mission to let people know how bad this is.
This was done under my wife’s name Theresa and it was her subscription. I was helping to resolve it with her and the credit card company after your company denied the refund. Her account was under her name Theresa. Your company completely refused to refund us and had been charging us 3 times every six months $77.94.
A reputable company would provide a refund without quibbling over a week of when it was cancelled. Especially since it was charging for three periods of time that the service was not being used. All I can add is buyer beware, I’m not the only one providing negative reviews of this subscription fiasco.

Theresa signed up on12/31/2022 and when she signed up she agreed to be charged every six months until canceled. She received the first month free and her charges were as follows:

Theresa was NOT charged for anytime her account was canceled and access has been given through the end of her billing cycle.
We have upheld our end of the terms and agreement that she agreed to when she signed up.
If we do not uphold our terms and agreements for us and for our members, there is no point in having them.
We are sorry if she didn't use the services, that was her choice, not ours and not any issue on our end preventing her to access. Theresa could have canceled at anytime to prevent future charges if she was not using the services, she did not. Again, she has not been and will NOT be charged for any services after her cancelation date.
