I had a family gathering and needed a quick meal for our get-together, so I ordered some waffles, pancakes and pastries mix and my order was delivered faster than I expected.

I am satisfied with the product plus the time of delivery. Fast delivery. Quality product. That is why I wanted to give 5*

Everything ok but i didnt got a order confirmation by e-mail

For starters, the package took a very long time to reach me. Their website states that they expect delivery within 3-5 working days, but it took me just over 3 weeks to receive it. Secondly, I didn't receive my complete order. I ordered a jar of peanut butter (among other things), but instead of the peanut butter, I seem to have gotten a random bag of protein marzipan bars. Sure, mistakes happen, and I could have been okay with that switch if it weren't for the fact that 3 of the 6 marzipan bars had passed their due date. They also appeared to have been run over, as they were smashed inside their packagings. Another item also came in a rough condition. I'm disappointed, I had higher expectations.

Great protein and quick delicery. Ordered the protein on sunday and it arrived on tuesday. Hhe protein tastes good and mixes well.

Ordered a bag of pancake mix and a salted caramel proteinella jar. Everything arrived in perfect condition and within the shipping timeline. The products taste amazing compared to some other brands I've tried. Especially the proteinella. I was skeptical, but I smear it on banana pancakes and it's the perfect breakfast.

Great products! Everything got delivered within 2 weeks. Only problem was that I could not track the package on bodylabs page because of some server error, also the preworkout wasn't properly sealed. But overall amazing taste and quality!

Customer service is confusing. The website page is in Finnish and if you write to them in English they reply in Danish... my academic got lost and they did send a new one, so now problems there, but overall not good customer service.
Ih, and don't even think about calling them! Different numbers on Google, their website and emails and none of them are in use!

They lost my package in transit, tried to take contac with the phone number i found on the website and got zero responses after several attemps. Got contac via email and they said that they will send a new parcel rigth away two working days have gone and the new order is not even on it’s way yet.

I bought a mix for waffles and pancakes from you, they are now sold in packages. This product has become different, not so tasty as it was when it was sold in the jar .. As if the composition had changed ..

and further
there are no more 300 ml shakers in the product line .. were comfortable .. I got them from a set with protein bags, with green lids ..
would like to buy a different color.

EDIT! Protein powders and such are great, but they have not bothered to answer my email at all when it comes to problems with a product. So, that is why I am changing my review.

Also ordered again at the time when you were supposed to get a free bag of orange-something flavored protein powder, never got that either even though it was part of the reason why I bothered to order at that specific time.

Delivery was fast, packaging was excellent and the products were of high quality and presentation was good. A lot of attention has been put into packing the box so everything makes it in one piece.
I have no complaints, will certainly buy from here again.

The gifts were a nice addition, a good way to try things you normally wouldn't.

It was really a nice experience with the product and delivery and i liked the unexpected gift as well. Thankyou.
