Poor customer service
I was visiting the area from Australia. We were staying nearby to Borkop and I had intended to bring a bike to get some riding/training/sightseeing in however I couldn't fit the bike I was using in Copenhagen in the hire car we had - which was a shame because the whole area (Borkop and surrounds) seemed to be fantastic for riding. I did a search and found this local bike shop. I went in and got served after 5 minutes or so - I told them what I wanted - a hire bike to do some riding/training/sightseeing and something a bit better than the general commute. The guy who served me that they should have something for me and he would serve me soon - he was in the middle of serving another customer during this initial chat. Anyway to cut it short after this I was essentially ignored. After the guy I had talked to finished with his customer he started serving someone else who had come in after me. Finished with him and served three others after this - all had come in well after me. There was another guy serving (who did know I was there) also but he similarly seemed to ignore me through this whole process. Some might say that there was a language barrier issue but I don't believe this because everyone I came across in Denmark (including this guy in the bike shop) seemed to have a good to very good understanding of English. Overall I thought they were very rude. A good shop, well stocked with quality gear but rude - to me anyway. Thanks for the welcome to Denmark.
