Helpful staff that can't do enough for you. Been using these guys for years

Bought a Kitchen, Design was excellent the material was very good, the fitting was great. Overall 10/10, would definitely recommend.

I’m based down south and he sent a team down to fit a Valliant Combi boiler in my parents bungalow. Workers were polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Fitting was done in a day or so and aftercare advice was solid- hasn’t gone wrong and would use again.

Whilst ordering a kitchen seemed straightforward and a sensible way of supporting a local business , after-sales was awfully slow and rude. There is no liability taken from this company especially from the 1 tradesperson who sells the kitchens at the shop.
I have been waiting to have doors replaced which are damaged /faulty .. the tradesperson has a Self belief attitude you would damage your own doors.
There was no clarification of correct measurements being ordered, therefore this unprofessional behaviour has been the cause of the wrong size being ordered and customer being blamed again. The suppliers (tkc) have some sense and understood customer service and were very supportive in making sure I had replacement of the doors, although I was being told by the tradesperson there is a charge for this service .. ( honesty is the best policy )

staff have no clue about bathrooms did my measurements wrong all materials provided were poor quality and had to be replaced was unable to check my items as the delivery van apparently broke down excuse for everything when wrong items were fitted they refuse to comment and finish the work I am now left with a half complete bathroom and no money

THE price was the best I could get from suppliers, the ease of ordering was smooth and safe with the backing of Paypal , the delivery was fast next day , without a hitch, all in all BOILER AND BATH have done an excellent job.

boiler Ideal Logic C30 was delivered with Manufacturers' packaging as well as additional bubble wrap for additional protection.
