Just had my annual service done, great work done in a professional manner,no worries for another year.Dave our usual engineer was cheery and helpful always makes sure that he explained everything that he was doing.would rate this company highly.

The engineer was very friendly and professional at the same time. He worked away and let us get on with working from home. I even enjoyed hearing him singing away to the radio as he worked haha

He was polite and didn't seem annoyed when I forgot he needed the gas turned off and used the gas cooker just before he needed it off. He wasn't annoyed and didn't make me feel rushed even though it was my mistake.

He talked me through everything he'd done and showed me how to use the new settings and demonstrated them working.

He let me know what to expect next and gave advice on an issue with a valve that was out with his remit but helpful

Engineer was polite and friendly. Service done efficiently and he was kind enough to take time to bleed the radiators when we asked him to do so.

First service purchasing the boiler from Boiler Genie. Office phoned ahead to let me know engineer was on his way. The engineer was efficient, polite and friendly. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Engineer was very polite and courteous. He had a slight wait for me to let him into my premises but he wasn't annoyed or rude which can't be said for everyone. He got about his business in a quick and efficient manner and had the job completed quickly. The engineer explained what had been done and concluded his service in a positive manner.

Absolutely excellent service. Liam and David couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We’d had the boiler fitted last November; first class service at that point and even better yesterday when we needed help with the central heating because of human error on our part. David could see straight away what the problem was and fixed it; made all the necessary checks and went on to his next job with a smile. Boiler Genie will be coming out to do our annual service in a few weeks - I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

New boiler installed for £250 using local authority grant scheme. Excellent planning and survey work meant the install was quick and very limited mess all tidied when done. Derek Harkin who fitted boiler was excellent, not only did a good job but provided great advice on how to make sure we minimise gas use

New boiler installed last year by boilergenie. No mess and job well done. 1st service done today, again great job from booking my preferred day and time to all communication with fitters and telephone staff.

Use boiler Genie every year to service my boiler. Their team are polite and respectful. David who services the boiler is always quick and efficient.

Boiler genie delivered a very good service and i have little to complain about apart from feeling the communication could have perhaps been a little better. All staff I did speak to were very friendly and the installation was straight forward. I would definitely recommend boiler genie in the future.

Sharon was my first point of contact and she was friendly and helpful.She listened to me patiently and assured me that my heating problem would be solved and sure enough everything was promptly back to normal. Thanks to David too.
