This is my second review for Boiler Hut. I felt they deserved an updated one. Not that my score will change. Still 5 stars...

So the reason I felt the need to give another review was to score their ongoing customer support. Prior to signing up to Boiler Hut, Paul - in his sales pitch - promised they weren't the sort of company to leave you on your own should things go wrong. He insisted that if I became a customer, Boiler Hut would be there to help...

My boiler was fitted 2 years ago, and has been largely trouble free. However I did have two issues (neither the fault of Boiler Hut) and I can say that they bent over backwards to make sure they were rectified as soon as possible.
First issue, top of boiler around flue getting rusty in first year, spotted by service engineer... Boiler Hut sent one of their engineers to check it out, and identified a hairline crack in the plastic flue which was nigh on invisible. This was replaced as soon as the part was replaced immediately, and the top of the boiler was also later replaced to give me a shiny new, rust free one.

Second issue was a fault with the boiler itself. The manufacturer came out themselves this time and tried to say it was my fault and I would be charged. I'd done to it other than use it for heating and water... And in desperation called Boiler Hut. Like super heroes, they sprung into action, dealt with the manufacturer cutting me the middle man out, and came to the house and flushed my system to prevent the issues occurring again.

In the modern day where companies tend to not give two hoots once they've got your money, Boiler Hut are a breath of fresh air.

I would not hesitate to recommend them (and indeed have done so many times) to anyone looking to have a boiler install or anything boiler related.

Needed a new boiler over bank holiday weekend. Had excellent communication from the office start to finish, who gave expert advice on boiler required and managed to get an engineer out on bank holiday Monday. Quick, professional installation from a really friendly and knowledgeable plumber. Whole process with boilerhut was super easy and efficient, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

From the first telephone call with Paul when I rang for an emergency boiler replacement to two days later when Mark finished a marathon day fitting my new boiler and coping with the demands of my unconventional house it was a pleasure. Everything was so easy and I was very reassured by the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many, many thanks!

The thought of ordering a new boiler was daunting, but thanks to the communication of the operations team, they made the process easy, ensuring i was getting what i needed and knew what i was getting. They made sure they were accessible for any question with which i had. The installation of the boiler was straight forward, old one out new one in. After installation installer made sure to explain how the boiler worked and how to use.

Boiler fitted perfectly and exactly where I wanted it. The fitters were very thorough and cleaned up after.

From our initial enquiry to the boiler installer leaving the property the service we received was truly exemplary.

The information and advice we were given at time of order was sensible, took our personal needs into account, the price offered was more than reasonable and just as important was the complete lack of overselling, they only sold us what we needed and no more.

Mark the installer was the most professional tradesman I have ever met, polite, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and tidy, it was a privilage to watch him work.

We can thoroughly recommend this company and wish to thank Mark for the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail.

Initially I was sceptical about using a company from the internet as opposed to being recommended someone by word of mouth. However I was greatly surprised by the speed of service, the high level of customer care, the attention and concern the manager, Paul Hughes, paid to the fitting of my Mums boiler and the extremely considerate way Paul dealt with the few issues that arose during the fitting. The engineer did a neat and clean job with no mess. All the rubbish was cleared off site and I was surprised by the level of after care provided by Boiler hut. All in all, thank you Paul and thanks to all the team at boiler hut. I would definitely recommend you and use you again for any future jobs/projects.

Our old boiler failed so I wanted to swap to a more efficient combi boiler.
Boilerhut was very competitively priced and it took under 1 week from online quote to completed installation. I am very happy with the work performed, it is so nice to have everything install and working again so quickly.

My boiler replacement was amazingly done by one very experienced installation engineer. All organised by Boilerhut. All done in one day. All working as it should. AND a bonus - the flow rate on showers is much improved. Having Boilerhut do all the coordination was a big relief. and speeded up the whole process.

I researched 3 companies for quotes to replace my still working but 25 year old Vaillant LPG boiler. The quotes were all quite close but I liked the response from Boilerhut in particular from Paul who we spoke to a few times on the phone. When we agreed to go ahead, the appointment was made for the same week and on a Thursday afternoon the installation took place. The installers were very polite and worked professionally and did the job quickly. Everything works as it should and we are delighted to have ticked this replacement off our 'worry list'. I guess like some people it is easy to be cynical about reviews. When researching Boilerhut on trust pilot it was difficult to believe they are that good. Well, my faith in British workmanship has been restored. From the moment the discussions started regarding what was needed through the installation and the customer service follow-up, I only have two words to say, absolutely outstanding. Special thanks to Paul for his patience and professionalism and Mark for the installation. I can't recommend this company too highly.

Handled a difficult situation very professionally. They achieved in a few days what another company had failed to do in 5 months. Their estimates were good and prompt and they managed the job earlier than planned. Their after sales has been superb. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody considering a new heating boiler and system.

It was a good experience. They fitted the boiler quickly. There was a misunderstanding about the type of flush which was provided. Phill helped resolve the issue in the end. Appreciate the good customer service.

I would have made this 5 stars, if it wasn't for the first contractor from boilerhut that came and made a right mess of everything at the start, the stress it caused and danger he left me in.
If it wasn't for Mark, who came all the way from Wales to Highlands of Scotland to fix it all.
I'm so thankful to him for working so hard fixing it and making my home safe again and most importantly given back heat to my home and thank you to Paul as well for his help!😊
