My Viessmann Vitodens 100-W combi boiler was installed by Matteo of Boilerhut on August 30th, 2024. The work was carried out quickly and competently and Matteo went 'the extra mile' by explaining in detail how to adjust the controls of the boiler and its programmer

Impressed with the professionalism of Boilerhut staff I signed up to its Care Plan to ensure that my new boiler is properly maintained during its 12 year warranty period (and thereafter).

Boilerhut kindly installed a combi boiler for us a year ago. I then used British Gas this year to get the boiler serviced. However, the engineer that was sent out did not service the boiler properly and broke our boiler. They told us that the boiler had passed but after they had left, we were left with our heating on constant and our hot water taking a longer time to heat up. After speaking to boiler hut, they kindly rectified the issue with our boiler and ensured that our warranty had not been invalidated. I will be using the care plan with boiler hut from now on!!

I saw the advert for a boiler installation, which was over £1000 cheaper than a local installers quote. I was nervous at first about it being the same level of quality and product. But after speaking with Paul I was reassured and my fears put to rest. Very easy to contact and always returned calls on time when he said he would. Very informative about the product and very flexible. The installers were not local and our property is difficult to find and reach, this didn’t put them off and were very pleasant and professional. Installing everything in one day and took away the old boiler. Provided clear operating instructions and demonstration.

I received a superb service from the time of my inquiry to installation. Customer service was very good, very informative and responsive and I never felt pushed. Sending details of my requirement was also very straight forward so a quote was provided before anyone needed to visit.

I requested a regular to combi boiler replacement and BoilerHut sent Mark over who got the job done literally within 24 hours of my request. I had spent a fair bit of time doing my homework on boilers, so I knew I wanted a Viessmann one. I spoke to Paul a couple of times on specs. I was looking at the 35kw, but he was right that I only needed the 30kw one. I booked it well in advance. There was a slight hiccup which couldn't have been foreseen, but he quickly took ownership and put it right for me. Mark Anthony turned up (great guy,) the accent gave me a slight hint as to how far he had travelled. But he was doing other jobs up and back again. I'm now the proud owner of a Viessmann boiler with all the add ons. Given how miserable the summer has been up north, it probably won't be long before the heating is on!! Thank you boiler hut!! I know if I need anything, you will be there and help to put it right quickly.

Phil helped me a lot over the phone today to fix an issue with my landlords boiler. Talked me through step by step with patience and efficiency. And managed to fix the problem. Helped me a lot, and I now have hot running water. Thanks a lot!

Boilerhut installed our central heating system - boiler, radiators and all new pipework. The work was done to a high standard and completed in less than 2 days which I was very pleased with. All staff were helpful and efficient from Account Manager to Engineer to Operations Manager.

My old boiler was leaking badly. I was dubious about buying a boiler online but I had a video inspection of the old set up by Boilerhut and received a fixed price quote, the only extra being the cost of upgrading the gas supply to the boiler (which turned out to be £50). A local tradesman told me that the quoted price was very competitive so I went ahead. 4 days later (on a Saturday) the boiler was fitted. It was a lot of work but the fitter and his mate were friendly and efficient. They left everything tidy with all the rubbish removed. The pipework is a work of art.
