I bought a recycled diverter valve for baxi 105e instant and it doesn't work. Tried to contact company but no go with the number or email which is probably why they only work through eBay.
I got burnt for fifty quid and lesson learnt.
Never used eBay before and never will again, full of dodgy stuff and people.
I ordered a replacement part for an obsolete boiler as their website was showing 1 in stock. The website checkout showed an order number, that it had been paid and the despatch method was Royal Mail 48. Not having received an email acknowledgement I used their online contact form the following day asking for confirmation but received nothing. A couple of days later (by which time the part should have arrived) I tried the landline contact number which gave number unobtainable, the mobile number keeps going to voicemail from which I have had no response and no response to the email I also sent. I have now asked my credit card card company for a refund.
Prompt delivery of exactly what I ordered, spare part is of good working quality.

Part arrived on time but after fitting had a different fault to the one removèd , so as I now new it was 100% the PCB ordered new part boiler now fine.
Good pre-sales advice, quick delivery of spare part which turned up well packed and in very good condition. There was one minor omission from the order, which was rectified immediately by first class post the following day after dropping them an email. Recommended!

I ordered the part on Saturday, Monday was a bank holiday I received it by Wednesday. It was expensive but that the price they sold at everywhere. I cannot blame boiler recycling for that.
