Jon was professional from the start with a no nonsense approach. He fitted a new boiler removing an old one at my holiday flat at the Bay in Filey. He worked over the weekend to make sure everything was up and running quickly. He completed a thorough walk through of the system and controls and what to do if there was a problem. I am more than satisfied with the work completed and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I cannot praise Matt and John highly enough. Absolutely professional, courteous and really nice blokes. They worked exceptionally hard trying to find the issue with my original boiler, however it was way past its best. So a new boiler went in and a change from open vent to closed meant I could smarten up the bathroom and space in the eaves. The installation went well and they worked tirelessly when I called them up a week later to say the system continually lost pressure. After some great detective work they tracked the issue down to a random Magnaclean unit that was fitted under the kitchen floor and by the looks of it had never been serviced! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOILERS DIRECT TO ALL

An absolutely marvellous company to deal with, both Matt and John very courteous and polite gave plenty of advice and information on which boiler to choose, following which was fitted very promptly, leaving no mess or cleaning up to do after. Would thoroughly recommend Boilers-Direct to anyone.

Good engineers, honest in their assessments of work required and resultant costs etc. Would recommend them to anyone for any a full heating system similar to the one installed in our pine lodge for its quality of installation, system design and effectiveness and its resultant minimal annual service needs which is carried out at the same time as the servicing etc. of all the other gas equipment installed in our lodge.

I have used this company for several years to service and manage the plumbing and heating at a holiday property. Contact has been easy and responsive through e mail and payment on line means as a remote customer the service provided is straight forward. Jobs have always been carried out professionally and the quality of the work good.

I have no hesitation in recommending these guys; they communicate well and in good time: they enjoy finding the best solution to a tricky installation problem, and once a plan is agreed the work is carried out with minimum disruption and within excellent time boundaries. 100% reliable

John and the team are EXCELLENT. We trust them to do our holiday let and have done repairs / services / gas testing / and more recently replaced the tank system with a combi which was excellent value and installed well and this has saved us a lot of money on gas too. Would recommend for any work!

Would highly recommend Boilers Direct. We were in a pretty desperate situation with no working boiler in the middle of winter. John came round promptly and quoted for a new boiler. The work was done the next day by John and Matthew who we found to be very friendly and efficient.
