Bold Moldmakers is great on the following levels:
1. Reasonable pricing. The prices quoted are competitive and in line with what you’d expect for the amount of work being done.
2. Proper attentiveness. They reach out to you, but don’t harass you.
3. Organized. The roadmap that is provided for the process is very clear and leaves no room for uncertainty
4. Human. You’d think that with this type of spot on regimen you’d be talking to pushy people ushering you through the steps, but you’d be wrong. When I talk to this company it’s like talking to the most focussed coolest friend you have.(applause). More on my rep. Later
5. Intelligent. With just a short conversation I had a 3d dynamic rendering of exactly what I wanted in a few days. This is Very rare!

7. Loren. My customer rep. Is Loren and had it been someone else, I might not be leaving this review. She has an effortless way of being professional and efficient. She makes it so easy you wonder why the whole world isn’t doing things like she does. I felt like I had a very elite team working for me right away, the kind of team only Elon Musk could afford to have. Bravo!! Loren, you need to become a consultant in some capacity. I’m very impressed.

Cleaning their molds is as simple as placing them in the dishwasher and then letting them dry. I am impressed by the quality of the molds I purchased. They are extremely durable, easy to use, and easy to clean. My sales rep, Loren, made this process extremely easy. I ordered a set of 4 molds for my small business. The shipping was fast as expected however, I only received 1 mold of the 4. I called Boldmaker and spoke with Jim and advise him of my order error. He advise me that he would let shipping dept know. I also emailed Kieran at the company. I received a reply back within minutes. Kieran overnight my other 3 molds. I am so happy and grate of the customer service that I receive and the quick turn around of response of correcting the error. I will defiantly will be ordering from Boldmaker again.

These molds are complete game changer in gummy production! The mold cavity lay out makes it easier to fill and to de-mold. Much easier than the flimsy silicone molds. I feel like a professional now! Lol!
