I ordered a wooden frame and the mitre joint cuts didn't align (i.e. gapped). Despite a number of emails and calls - I've had no response - *** DO NOT USE ***!!

Update: I've now received the a Returns Label - But this was only following my Trustpilot posting!

Update 2: Following Boldon's last update checked my spam & hadn't received any messages until this morning (which seems to have been triggered by posting on Trustpilot). My previous emails of the 4th & 12th & phone call today went unanswered!

Ordered a further 2 photo frames after being so impressed with the 1st two I ordered which are now on a wall. Unfortunately, Royal Mail didn't handle with care even though 'Fragile' tape was wrapped all round the package. After opening, I found damage to both. I immediately informed Boldon Framing sending photos of the damage. Without hesitation, Yvonne kindly offered to send replacement frames which have now been received. Would definitely order again. Quick from ordering to delivery. Fantastic customer service and rapid response to any queries.

Poor quality. I went with them as I wanted a solid wood frame. Sadly, despite listing all the colours they provide they didn't mention to achieve the colour they varnish the frame yet they don't varnish the back, well more to the point they don't mean to but there are brush strokes and splashes all over the place. I could do a better job blindfolded, in fact I think my dog could do a better job blindfolded. Very disappointed!

Great product & delivery. I ordered the wrong frame size but customer service got back to me quickly to advise no problem to return. I liked the frames so much I kept in finish to use for something else.

I ordered some frames, I received the frames when they told me the frames would arrive. The frames that arrived were in fact the frames that I ordered. Now I have some frames. I will order frames again when I am next in need of some frames.
