They haven't returned the money I paid for a jacket back in april (which I returned in time).I tried contacting them numouros times through phone,e-mail, Facebook and even Instagram but no answer whatsoever.I guess they are just simply thieves that don't care about their customers.Avoid them at all times!
THIEVES !!! Returned the item but no refund and no any response to the emails. Made complain and no answer for a week. They just ignoring and doesn't care about the customers. Had to go through PayPal. AVOID THOSE CROOKS !!!
Checked out the Bolf website searching for a leather jacket for my son last week. Found one I wanted in their Winter Sale with a 34% discount, furthermore, their website was providing a discount code which could be used to provide an "Additional" 30% discount from all items in their winter sale.
Details of their discount code also confirms the discount code combines with other other discounts.
As prices were so good also selected a winter coat for myself at similar discount. Only to find when adding the 30% discount code, both items have their original Winter Sale discounts removed before the 30% is taken off.
Emailed the company along with screenshots of the issue thinking it was simply an implementation error to be advised it is working correctly and the discount code does not combine with other discounts.
Clearly they are misleading customers in the discounts they offer.
