I paid for 3 items, I was invoiced incorrectly twice, the delivery time was not in line with initial promise and one item is still missing with apparently no flag on Bolia side. Customer support took actions fast but I’m highly disappointed by what appears to be very concerning operational challenges to invoice and deliver items, I would very likely not order again.

I just can vote a very positive impression.
Very good customer service even creating a small video prior to the delivery. SMS message and delivery on time. The leather couch is very nice. All in all I am satisfied up to now.

It seems the only way to get a response from Bolia is to leave a 1 star review on Trust Pilot…
I’m still completely in the dark as to when my furniture might be delivered despite numerous emails to Bolia asking for more accurate information.
My order is now 2 weeks late.

I ordered three cushions for module soffa I had bought at Bolia before. They are fantastic and make the design complete. (5stars)
Delivery was on time however timespan 8-15:00 without any phone number to shipping company requires a whole day of waiting/reorganising your work. That waiting was unnecessary and could have been solved by better planning.(3 stars).
I ordered a Berlin table which is beautiful, but the quality was not satisfying: one table leg had not been properly sanded (a part of the leg is still rough), and I couldn't assemble the table completely because one of the hole is blocked by a wood aggregate (I need to buy a tool to sand it)

Everything worked as expected when ordering the sofa, but the delivery was outstanding. Two great guys carried the heavy sofa on the 4th floor without a lift and tight space. They were careful with the goods and extremely nice.

I was only buying some fabric cleaner on this occasion, but the assistant was helpful and courteous. There were two assistants under training, and I noticed how she explained the steps for logging and invoicing my purchase. She also helped me with a cloth sample.

Do not order online! The physical stores are great and I love Bolia’s products…but what a disappointment with my online order. I ordered and paid 2 month ago and still didn’t get my table! I had to fight reaching out myself to the delivery partner to get to know that my furniture was broken. No communication or follow-up at all from Bolia and their delivery partner either about this incident! I keep trying to reach out for a new delivery and no answer from Bolia customer service. Not acceptable. Avoid online order!

Lovely looking products but poor quality - and no response from customer service.
We bought a dining room table and chairs several years ago from Bolia. This is not recent by any means. We are talking about 8 years ago, but now within 2 months, 2 of the six chairs have broken spontaneously underneath us. The chairs are of course in use but not in any excessive or out of ordinary use - and I have never heard of chairs breaking like this even if they are 30 years old..! I emailed Bolia 2 weeks ago with photos and the original receipt but never received a response.
I don’t think the products are worth the markup with this kind of quality. Furthermore, I find it appalling that the company would not put resources into the customer care to reply to customers when clearly the service should be top notch with these prices.

Poor customer service - I received a table New Mood 8 days ago, and found a big damage on the surface of the table, and some assembly pieces were missing when I opened the package. I sent an email with photos immediately but have so just received an automatic reply. I have tried to call but no answer. Problem can happen but this should be adressed very promptly. Thanks for reverting.

The experience I had where 2 complete different ones. When I bought the sofa bed in Haarlem I was helped very well. The staff was friendly and professional. Because the order should be delivered in Italy on the second floor we went over the details of delivery.
The trouble began after I was in contact with Customer service. I informed them once more that the delivery was on the second floor and we needed an transport elevator.
Yesterday the sofa was delivered at my home in Milan. Although I had explicitly expressed that we needed an elevator which I repeated to the lady who was coordinating the shipment here in Italy.
But the transport company did not have an elevator to bring the sofa up and even worse they were not willing to carry it up unless I paid them in cash.
Since the packaged sofa was too large the packaging material had to be removed and the sofa was damaged/stained due to the lifting.
I’m deeply disappointed in the way this delivery was coordinated by Bolia. In fact Bolia did nothing to help and was not aware of delivery issues although I explicitly sent an email to express my concerns. And even after I started calling they havent made the difference in making this work.
They would call me the day after but didn’t do anything. They dit not even respond to my email I’ve send them

I ordered module sofas (5 pieces) and after waiting for the agreed delivery date, I was surprised it was delivered only 3 PCs and was incomplete. When I reached out for the missing orders it requires some time until I got firm answer (almost half a month by now). This was unfortunate and not professional. I wish better treatment to Bolia's loyal customer.

I have bought chairs in the outlet that were marked as no error on the product (just the packaging). The chairs were with errors anyway and the customer service still claims that they cannot exchange the products.
