The charming Swedish lady in Lyngby at no time made me feel pressurised to make a purchase. She was very informed about the product and was able to answer all my questions in a calm and very friendly manner.

I bought a lamp and it was broken on arrival. Contacted customer service team, they took a week to reply and said that because the item was on sale they couldn’t replace. Absolute joke.

I purchased furniture from BOLIA for 47,000 DKK, excluding transport costs. According to the contract, the company was responsible for installing the furniture and making it ready for use. Unfortunately, the delivery team refused to carry out the installation, stating that they had no experience with assembling the furniture.
After I protested, they attempted the installation, but the work was done in an amateurish and unsatisfactory manner. I submitted a formal complaint (reklamation), but so far, there has been no response or resolution.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience and by the company's lack of professionalism and customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from BOLIA.

I ordered a bed from Bolia last November and received it in February. But it was missing a screwnut, and it took me three months just to get a replacement. What’s worse, last Friday the delivery company refused to take the old bed back, even though customer service clearly said they would handle the return.
So now, I have one bed in my bedroom and the old one sitting in my living room. It’s a huge inconvenience—my apartment feels like a warehouse, and it’s hard to move around.
Besides that the bed’s quality is disappointing AGAIN. There’s a crack on the corner and scratches on the leg. When I moved the old bed outside, it even cut my finger.
Customer service has been extremly slow. I’ve called twice to arrange for the old bed to be picked up, and though they said they would, nothing has happened. I still don’t know when they’ll come.
I’m super exhausted by the whole poor process. I can only advise people not to buy from Bolia. The prices are way too high for what you get, both in terms of product quality and service.
I really hope someone senior at Bolia sees this comment and steps in to fix this terrible experience.

I bought a watering can online from the Bolia store, as a gift, but needed to return it. Contacted customer service via email and they were incredibly unhelpful. I've posted it back to the Denmark address via tracked recorded delivery, but had no confirmation from Bolia that they received my email and will look out for it. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bolia. My Click & Collect order from CPH City Center shop has been mishandled not once, but twice, despite receiving official confirmations that my items were set aside. When my friend went to collect the order as instructed, the full order was not available, which is completely unacceptable. The sales person arranged and promised that my order will be available within a week or so as she will get the products from another store as the one I ordered was selling my products.
To make matters worse, the day I called to check when the order can be collected I received the worst sales representative support ever, the person I spoke to on the phone was passive-aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Their tone and behavior made me feel denigrated and discriminated against, which is unacceptable from a company I expected to deliver premium service. She hang up on me while telling me to go ahead to Customer Service as she doesn’t want to help.
This repeated failure in handling orders and the lack of respect from sales person has left me deeply dissatisfied. I am now forced to escalate this issue formally, as it seems Bolia is unwilling to address it appropriately. I would not recommend Bolia to anyone seeking reliable service or respectful treatment. What exactly are you insinuating when you mention that the situation "got heated"? Are you suggesting that I was in any way inappropriate when my confirmed and paid order was sold twice, despite assurances? I find it highly unprofessional and disrespectful to imply that I was the cause of the escalation, especially given the consistent denigrative and dismissive approach I have faced throughout this process—from the initial sales interaction to customer support.
Instead of owning and resolving this issue in a professional and respectful manner, your team has failed to acknowledge the seriousness of this repeated mistake. Furthermore, supporting an unprofessional behavior such as hanging up on a customer during a valid grievance is unacceptable.
I urge you to reflect on whether this response aligns with your commitment to customer service. I look forward to seeing a meaningful resolution and a professional follow-up regarding this matter.

Bolia markets itself as a premium furniture store, but their constant price discounts are undermining their brand and leaving customers feeling deceived. My advice? Never buy anything at Bolia unless it’s at least 40% to 50% off—otherwise, you’ll regret it later.
I recently bought a new sofa, which I was happy with initially. However, just a couple of weeks later, I saw the same sofa discounted by 50%. When I reached out to Bolia, they referred me to their 30-day price guarantee, which was no help in this case when there is a 4-6 weeks delivery delay on new products
This approach feels completely at odds with the premium image they try to project. For a brand that claims to offer high-quality, exclusive products, their pricing strategy feels more like a discount warehouse.
After this experience, I won’t be buying any furniture from Bolia again and will take my business to stores with more transparent and fair pricing policies.
