Terrible customer service. The shipment was delayed at least 5 times and an automated email was sent each time. Ordered in June, arrived in October! There was hardly an apology and no form of compensation at all. We called the customer service number and they were no help at all. Very disappointed in the service for such a high price. Hi, We bought some furnitures 06JUN22, and still waiting for some of them, We paid actually for all. more than 70.000 kr. They postponed the date of delivery so many times. Of course we consider the situation of the world and crises, but why we should pay full for something a few months before. For example we have a dining table but don't have any chairs for sitting around it. All 6 Swing Spisebordsstol!are coming maybe on 02NOV22.

Back in Amsterdam went to the shop where they only had it in grey. The employee did his outmost best by internet and phone and found one for me…. In Alkmaar ;)).

I bought a table in the sale and was happy about a supposed bargain. I dismantled the table in the store in Hamburg and already noticed that unusually much pigmented oil was applied. After arriving home and cleaning the table, I knew exactly why the table was treated so heavily. The pigmented oil was to hide the many imperfections that the table unfortunately has. I feel this procedure is dishonest and I feel deceived. If the table had not been treated, I would know directly where I am and could still have decided whether it is too worn for me. So I had to find out this way and am disappointed

Purchased shelves in the outlet store (Alkmaar). Website did not indicate any damages or missing parts. Drove 35 Km one way to shop to pick it up to find out that four screw-on feet where missing. Shop assistant kindly offered to order them for free. A month later, shop calls me to pick them up. Told them that a 70Km return drive is not handy and asked them to ship it to me (letter format, 45Grams). They said they would not pay for shipping as the shelves were from outlet (I reminded the manager that I had spent 2000 EUR in her shop and that was an undocumented flaw). Shop manager finally agreed to shipping at their cost. Yet I got an email the following day indicating that "after consultation with postal services, it would be more convenient for me to purchase the stamp online and email them the PDF label". As I got tired of the argument, I just did that and paid the 4,10 EUR. What a shame !

6 weeks of waiting, then 4 weeks for a delivery that never happened. They blame their local delivery company who never calls or messages. Now the refund is taking ages. Dont order for delivery to Portugal

Just bought a beautiful chair and footstool in a dreamy light gray fabric...best of all it was on sale! The sales rep was so helpful and patient with all my questions. Customer service was prompt and professional. Delivery could not be made by Bolia since it was a sale item but the delivery man they recommended was great. I hope to buy more from Bolia in the future!

After several months of waiting, my bed frame arrived. I was more than surprised when the delivery staff pointed out in the delivery truck that the cardboard box that should have protected the bed frame during transport was so destroyed that it was literally impossible to move it without pieces falling out of it. They suggested themselves that we should get the pieces out of what was left of the packaging to move them. The super nice solid oak pieces however fell once on the sidewalk pavement and once more in the stairs when being taken in by bolia's staff. A piece even fell on my arm in the staircase because too many pieces were carried at once - fortunately no one got hurt.
The delivery staff was pressing me to sign the paper saying that both my apartment and the packaging were in a good state - I still wonder how a packaging can be in a good state when it is non-existing. I had to insist to take a quick look at the wooden pieces as chances were that some got damaged when falling in the street and in the stairs.
Assembling the frame was also a headache. The instruction are quite badly done and really minimal. On the other hand, it was a chance to observe how well the bed frame was made and it is top quality. Solid oak wood and no MDF ikea nonsense. Will hopefully last a few decades :)
In short, very happy with the bed frame, very unhappy with bolia's delivery

Ordering some items from the website 3 weeks ago, one third turned out not to be deliverable after payment and other items are still on there way... Our trust in the last item is very low now. So we can't recommend Bolia online.

We happened to pass by their The Hague shop and went in to look for some cushions. We did not find what we wanted but they said we could have them tailor-made. We ordered and they were ready for pickup within the stated period. We are very pleased with the quality and finishing.

Went to pick up bowls and dishes to their store in Amsterdam and was not given my order complete. When I notice and came back other day for the rest of my order they said that the order was not yet there! Why they didn’t say this before?..the comunication from when I can pick my items has been very confusing, some messages say just come to the store there has been no message saying we will let you know when your items are here…so I will probably need to go for a third time to their store in the middle of the center of amsterdam !

The article arrived and the box was damaged. Upon inspection of the sofa, the cambric lining was torn and hanging down. The morning of the delivery I received an SMS stating how important that the packaging is in takt. We did not accept the package and wrote to Bolia to explain the cambric was damaged. The reply we received was that there were no grounds for a claim as the cambric is only used for transport and to keep dust out. I have never seen a piece of furniture that is of a certain quality that does not have a cambric. Since my last email, I've heard nothing. The article was delivered in Vienna, Austria. I have to say I expected more and at least some prompt follow-up about when the item will be repaired or replaced. It's just as well I didn't sell the old sofa otherwise, I would have been sitting on the floor for the last week and a half

Good and nice products, but the UPS was crap.
Change your delivery provider.
For the 2 deliveries, UPS did not came at the specified address. They left the boxes at a pickup point.
I spent my day to wait for them.
