It is recommend to take the furniture from Bolia. Also It is recommended to visit the store

It is recommended to visit the store. Bolia store in The Hague is my favorite.

I have had such a good experience with Annija, Store Manager, in The Hague. She is not only providing you with the excellent and practical advise but also her service mind is the plus.

The Scandinavian furniture design has no doubt and I really love the design and material.

I fall in love with the oil solid oak dining table, chairs and bed frame.

Thanks for a lovely and unique design of the furniture and other decoration stuff.

Not happy with the service the sales…

Not happy with the service the sales people in the store doesn’t know when something can be delivered and they say they donot have any contacts where they can ask

Click & Collect Failure

Click & Collect Failure. We ordered an item in the first ten minutes of the sale, expecting to get a message the next day telling us to collect the item ( not available to order online). Instead, three days later we get an email telling us it is no longer available.

Amazing customer service from Nazlu!

I wandered into the Bolia store by chance in Amsterdam and met the lovely Nazlu. She was extremely attentive but not over bearing. The perfect, professional sales person. I was attracted to the sofas, but it was her excellent customer service that really closed the deal for me. She showed me all of my options and gave me samples to take home to discuss with my partner. We submitted our order via email one week later and she responded promptly, making the whole process simple and efficient. She treated me with care and kindness and I would recommend working with her to anyone I know. We can't wait to enjoy our new sofa in our new home. Thank you, Nazlu!

Room for inprovement

Sales person in the shop was good. However, there is absolutely room for improvement when it comes to the details of the furniture, the delivery, etc.
-Our bank was not delivered in the timeframe that was indicated. When mentioning this to the deliverer there was no polite answer, just a response that their timeframe was 2 hrs longer
-we bought a couch and two cabinets, together 13.000 euros. Then you do not expect the couch to delivered without felt pads, and more disappointing: we needed to put the cabinets together ourselves! We did not buy it from Ikea, right? The other Ikea experience is that you see a lot of holes inside the cabinets. This is due to the flexibility in where to place the dividers. We would rather not have had this flexibility. The holes look awful and it is not Bolia worthy

We also regret that the assembly of the cabinets came as a surprise. This is something that should be clearly communicated, and we’re sorry that this wasn’t the case during your purchase. Your comments about the interior finish and visible holes are very valuable and will be shared internally.

We had an excellent experience at the Bolia Haarlem branch. Charbel guided us in choosing our beautiful Noora, which had been on my wife’s wish list for a long time, and consistently provided thoughtful, well explained solutions. Every time we considered visiting another branch, we ended up returning to Haarlem because of the outstanding service we received there. Charbel was very patient with us and always reminded us about the 40% discount deadline, but in the end, we made it on time!

We are very satisfied with the entire Haarlem team; the atmosphere is always welcoming, the black coffee is great, and our dog is especially happy with the Bolia treats. Highly recommended!

the fabric is very bad quality

am disappointed with the quality of the fabric. Significant pilling appeared only three months after purchase, which is not what I would expect from a product in this price range. In my experience, even more affordable brands such as IKEA offer better fabric durability.

Importabt to note that the item does not meet the expected quality standard.

Unclear discount conditions and high delivery fee

I noticed that the Black Friday discount you advertised is not applicable unless I become a member, which is also written in the website as a Membership price which is misleading and it does not something I come across any other stores/website before. I should not be required to sign up for a membership for a single order, especially when there is no special membership treatment in service. The delivery fee is almost the same as the product price with expected shipment in one month. When purchasing from a store like yours, I expect a higher level of customer service, including a delivery cost and process that reflect the value of the products you offer. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. On top of the unclear discount conditions and high delivery fee, I now need to go to the warehouse myself to pick up my furniture. Most probably, it`d not my choice to shop here again.

We were very impressed with our Bolia experience!

We were very impressed with our Bolia experience. From the website, where we could build our perfect couch, to the beautiful store that we visited and the experienced, friendly and helpful staff. We loved that you could try different models of sofa in the store and then choose from literally hundreds of different fabrics. The delivery was also quicker than we would have expected. And we are super happy with the quality of our sofa. It looks amazing. We were also given helpful care instructions, so we can keep it looking good for as long as possible. We decided to change the style of our pouf, which was no problem at all and was handled by the staff in a very efficient and friendly way. I would definitely purchase from Bolia again, and already have my eye on a dining suite! Thanks to the Bolia team.
