Delivery was not a good experience
Delivery was not a good experience! I have small 2 room flat and corridor in enterance, sofa didn't pass from main, for that they must first enter to other room and then main room! when I bought it at store they also told me they put sofa in the first room and but the result was they lefted a big piece in the corridor and told me I should call customer service to get help for it, this is very bad experience! Which I ended upbdoing it by myself! No store has such a rule! and I paid more than 20000 SEK and I have to by spray for it separatly! It would be really nice if you include and improve your customer experience by being a bit more generous

It is correct that delivery only is to the first room. The delivery can be a bit expensive, it all depend on the postal code,
and weight and volume of the order.

It's absolutely unacceptable how the delivery is organized. The shipping company delivers the heavy furniture with only the truck driver to unload the furniture. Carrying the furniture into the house is up to the customer. This is not home delivery by any means. Shame on Bolia for not getting a deal with a shipping company that can actually deliver the furniture and carry it carefully into a customer's house.

Perfect service and delivery!
Perfect in store experience providing all the help we needed to make our decision. The staff was amazing and delivery was on date. The email a few days before delivery with a custom video was a nice touch and definitely built on the anticipation of receiving our new couch!

Absolutely fantastic shopping experience from Bolia!
It is often hard to find great customer service in Stockholm, but we wandered into the Fridhemsplan butik and met Anna who listened and provided great suggestions, provided us a professionally packaged offer, and we ordered at home from the internet. All was consistent with the strong Bolia brand throughout. We could pick our delivery date when we ordered! However the logistics company who delivered (Nordiska Inreding in Bromma) was horrible and unprofessional. They should not be in business. But we called Bolia- and of course they fixed everything. I will definitely shop at Bolia again and recommend it to my friends. Thanks for being in Sweden!
