Excellent service. No problems.

From the in-store guidance, to the sampling to the website, and even to the cute waiting video, I can't find a reason to complain about the service of Bolia. Delightful.

bad installation experience

1. There is no Foam padding in the package, the wooden board is cracked a bit.
2. When I install the shelf, I cannot insert side board into the main board, so I had to punch it into the main board by a hammer. The intire side face was cracked.If you need I can send you a picture. I really want to ask the Bolia designer, have you ever considered how can your customer install it at home??

great store

Nice furniture and great store online, but bit expensive for what you get.
long delivery time for larger furniture, but almost assembly, you will need to put feet on some things and the instruction for that isn't the best, you will need a electrical screwdriver and abit of skills!

High quality, all over

Visited your store 3-4 times and your website countess before the purchase. Everytime I was professionally met by your sales representatives, felt their only goal was to make me get what I was looking for but without pushing for more expensive or additional products. In addition, the whole family is very satisfied with the very high-quality sofa.

Overall good, but expensive delivery

I bought a nice table. I'm very happy with the product. I thought the delivery was a bit lacking, though. Quite limited (but at the same time broad) options for when the delivery could be done. Very (!) expensive delivery service, but without the level of service that could be expected considering the price.

The carpet losing its bristles everyday...

We thought it would happen at the beginning, now it would even fill up the dust hole of our vacuum robot. we are not sure if it is a quality problem or not, would like to contact Bolia if it is getting worse.

Thank you for your feedback. It could take some months depending on the carpet you purchased and how often you vacuum it. The good news is, a little shedding will not hurt your carpet and it won't go completely bald. Terrible

First I got the wrong order. Or rather your website misled me with wrong information. It said it had drawers, not doors. When telling this to your customer service I got the answer that the furniture was delivered correctly cause this was its correct execution. That the website said something else had nothing to with this, according to customer servide. Since I also had home delivery they could not pick the furniture up again - since nothing was wrong with the furniture itself - only the information about it. So I had to fix a transport myself and drive it your storage facility in order to get my money back.

Good experience until the delivery

Hej,

I'm really happy with my purchase at Bolia. I would only recommend you to train the delivery team. They spent 2 min in our apartment. They deliver the sofa, did not place it where it belongs, did not unpack it.
I've been told I would have a much better service. I don't know if I would do it again under these circumstances.
Otherwise the instore experience and the product itself are really good.

Ok, but not very enthusiastic staff

The furniture I bought seems ok in terms of quality. But the price is perhaps a bit too high. Staff also a bit lacking of enthusiasm, and I could have just ordered it from home instead as they use the same online webpage. I did hope for some discount of other offer in store, but nothing extra.

sofa

Not pleased with my decision, taking woll in the seat and plain for the back. The sofa does not look as good as I would have liked. Would have got some guidance for taking a better decision.
