I was very disappointed with the level…
I was very disappointed with the level of customer service. I placed an order and when I need it updates about it there was no one to contact. The phone numbers listed on the web did not work and they take a very long time to answer emails. I wanted to establish a good relationship with them and order merchandise for a business but that didn't happened. I was willing to spend thousands of dollars because the products seemed nice but I am glad I was able to get my credit card company involved so that they can cancel the order. This company is horrible, I would not suggest it!!

We now know that our Creek Indian ancestors played all of the instruments that are traditional to the Andes Mountain nations. Part of our ancestors came from Peru and Bolivia. However, none of these instruments are now fabricated in the United States.

When there was a problem using my debit card internationally, a representative of BoliviaMall telephoned me from Bolivia and worked with me until the transaction was completed. She spoke perfect English and had a very sincere personality . . . actually, she had a beautiful voice like an actress! LOL The zampana that I ordered arrived in perfect condition and about 20 days EARLIER than promised.

Misleading.
Very misleading website. I ordered a Quena from them and in the description it said that it was a professional instrument. After more than one month of waiting I received a Quena that was completely out of tune and unable to reach the higher notes. I wrote costumer service twice but haven't gotten an answer in two weeks.
Please beware that they lie in product descriptions and you probably won't get what you ordered.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IN NON-EXISTENT
Your phone in U.S.A is disconnected. No one answered when I called your headquarters in Bolivia.
The Quenas I was sent were not in the specified scales. The zampoñas were useless- loosely tuned. I spent nearly $200.00 dollars, but could not reach anyone to complain. My experience with Bolivia Mall was a disaster. Will I buy again from them? Not likely.
