I find it unbelievable that I was able to open an account at bonanzamarket.co.uk, spend an afternoon learning about the site and listing many items for sale, without once being told that people in half the world including my own country (UK) would not be able to purchase from me. Why wasn't there any warning, why hasn't the sites settings been changed to reflect this ? Why did I have money taken from my credit card during the setting up process - This is FRAUD.

I've been selling on Bonanza for over 7 years (2017) as a top-rated seller with 100% positive rating and I did not receive any violation warning or notice. However, my entire account was shut down yesterday without any form of explanation. Bonanza is very unprofessional and kicked down the ladder to long term loyalty sellers.

This is probably the shadiest companies I have ever used! Fair warning selling on this site or buying for that matter.

Look at all their reviews on here, BBB, etc. Speaks volumes on how they are as a company.

I was approached by a friend to do some consulting work for Bonanza. The work involved submitting ratings on the platform. We would receive commissions based on items value and how much work we had on the site.

The whole endeavor was conducted through What's App and seemed very questionable. The company running this service is based in Brazil. They function in at least a gray area - if not outright deceit - as they had us reviewing products with which we had no experience.

At first, things seemed to work out fine, as they would pay me in Crypto after I finished assigned tasks. The amounts increased the longer I worked. My last set of tasks earned over $24 k. However, they are now refusing to pay me. They are insisting that I pay a very large tax bill before they will pay my commissions.

I asked them to withhold whatever taxes are necessary and pay the balance. However, they completely refuse and are providing no recourse.

There was never any information provided about any need to pay taxes upfront in Crypto from either the company or their "trainer." In fact

They are insisting that I send them $7 k in Crypto to receive my pay. When I told them that I do not have that extra cash available, as I am a single parent and just getting - they keep telling me to "borrow money from friends and family" to pay them. This is classic business fraud.

This has red flags all over this. They are saying the money for income tax. However, why would a Brazilian company collect US income tax via Crypto?

If someone contacts you unsolicited via What's App to do such work, I would advise to run the other way.

I am reporting the experience to the FTC, the BBB and C3 (the FBI's internet fraud program).

Absolute un existent garbage customer service. Avoid at all cost

As noted by other reviewers, if there is any dispute Bonanza doesn't intervene. I had to make a claim with my bank to get the money back for an item that I'd never received.

I ordered a lighter that I had when I was young my husband gave it to me our first Christmas together, it was stolen from our apartment when we were moving. I found the exact one on a Bonaza store and purchased it for a great price + shipping. I received it exactly as stated works great with original packaging and exactly when stated shipping. Thank you.

Bought a new hard drive for my Mac.
Seller sent completely different item. It was thirld world grayware. Worthless. Then refused to refund even though I offered to return item at my own expense. Had to contact Bonanza, they were worthless/helpless to help resolve.

I'll stick with amazon or ebay from now on. I wouldn't even buy a fly swatter from Bonanza. Seller's paypal id from Bonanza was "thug life". Should've known.

I've been selling on Bonanza for over 8 years as a top-rated seller. I've had the same items listed since day one.

Today, my entire account was shut down without any form of explanation. They simply nuked it into oblivion. The only answer I get from customer service is that they can't provide any information as to why my account was deleted.

I'm so confused, dissapointed and angry at once.

Placed an order on April 26, 2024, Asked for tracking info on the 26 and got an email stating " We are truly sorry. The number of orders is increasing rapidly. We will try to check carefully and send accurate shipping information. Thank!" Then received an email stating The seller associated with your purchase, lemonbrotee, has been permanently suspended from Bonanza due to a violation of our User Agreement. This activity was identified after your order was placed. To protect our users, Bonanza errs on the cautious side when dealing with such sellers, and therefore we have permanently removed them from our community. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Since this seller is no longer active on Bonanza, you may not receive the item you purchased. As such we highly recommend that you contact PayPal to file a dispute. For your financial security, PayPal does not permit Bonanza to file a dispute on your behalf. We have included information on how to start the dispute process below:" So I immediately filed a claim with pay pal. Today is May 8th and I still have heard nothing. I have had trouble with a few Amazon sellers in the past and Amazon has always taken care of them and given me my money back. I will never ever do business with Bonanza again. Also the product I ordered is also a scam.

They allow a seller to sell pharmaceutical products out of China that aren't what they say they are. Yes, I'm stupid didn't realize until I received the product that it was from China & then I injected it. (PAIN!) I was supposed to be buying Biotin. It is not Biotin. The lab I gave it to for testing is quite sure what it is, but not Biotin.

Awful company. Do not do buying here. beware of the scammers. Over a month has gone by since I placed an order and the seller has completely ghosted me. No recourse but to dispute the charges on PayPal.

Placed 1st order with Bonanza, didn't know until confirmation that it was shipping from 3rd party and now Bonanza tells me they aren't doing business with this 3rd party and I have to go after the seller myself--they won't help at all!! No way to run a business....

I bought a used older printer from Kurt at BeFreeTech. When I got the printer it would not connect to the internet. Error code every time. When I asked for a refund, I was told by Kurt that it said plainly on the sales page that this printer was for parts only. Well it must have been in teeny tiny print because I went thru that page 2 or 3 times before I hit BUY and I did not see that disclaimer. So, now I am out almost $30 for nothing. What a pile of hooey! I won't be using Bonanza any further. Especially not this seller. Beware!!!

I buy it from Bonanza a my item never came. I wrote to the seller he responded after 5 days and said my item was shipped. It's been a month already,o wrote again to the seller to give me a update,so far no respond. Still waiting. I do not recommend this website.

I tried Bonanza for the first time, and my order never arrived. I tried contacting the seller three times to no avail. I then turned to Bonanza for assistance.

I later learned that disputes have to go though the buyer's credit card company, as Bonanza does not offer any type of purchase protections. That's not a great way to do business, so I wanted to give people a heads up. I, for one, won't be using this site again.

Horrible site. My product has yet to be shipped. The seller has not responded to any of my messages. I did not receive a tracking number. The guy has little to no detail concerning the product. I wasnt given a estimated date of when my product would arrive or how. He even changed his username. It use to be zooda123.i contacted bonanza for support and have not received any support. Merely a confirmation that they received my complaint.

Bonanza used to be a great place for sellers as well as buyers. But their newest shipping policy is basically extortion. Sellers now are required to buy shipping labels directly from Bonanza. Besides paying more for shipping, they are then taxed $2 per label. If the shipper sells another item, he can recoup his $2 by putting it toward another overpriced label, but is then taxed another $2 for that label, and so on, ad infinitum, thus insuring that sellers are always in debt to Bonanza.

Remember that all extra fees, taxes, and vigorish must be passed on to the buyer to keep the seller in business. So expect higher prices for whatever you buy.

At one time, this platform was the most ethical place to sell online. No longer. My extreme disappointment as a seller compelled me to write this review.

Absolute scammers!!! I sent them an email asking them if they have a Bonanza app for sellers before I sign up. They sent me an email saying we hope your issue has been resolved we will now close your query without even answering the darn question! Absolute scammers!!! Be aware!!!
