Well packaged

I ordered a full bottle of 204 ( + three free minis). Delivery took long but that’s not their fault. It came very well and safely packaged (gift packaging actually, which I didn’t ask for). I would order again. Also the bottle has the new label. I also received a promo code for next purchase which is nice, maybe I will use it.

Cannot unsubscribe and keeps spamming me

I ordered some samples just before Christmas and they have been spamming with email constantly since. I've hit the unsubscribe buttons and changed email settings numerous time and they're still spamming me.

Ordered Dec 20

Ordered Dec 20, 2025-knowing it could be a few day to ship since it was the holidays. As of Jan 19, 2026 I have emailed 3 times, also opened a ticket on their website and also called and left a voice message which incurred calling charges to France(I'm ok with that if my issue would have been resolved). I did speak English so I get that I can't fault them for not responding to that one.

I have tried contacting them through 2 social media sites too, although I did get someone to reply that they would try and reach out to their customer service which made me hopeful. That was a week ago. No activity for a month on something they took my money and I have no product to show. Buyer BEWARE on spending money online with them.

Sadly I love the fragrances but I cannot justify buying their products if they continue to ignore their messages from customers who are getting nothing while they keep my money.

At this point, this company is a joke and I will never purchase anything from them. I have reached out to my credit card company to try and figure out what to do. How the FFFF does a company run like this?

Poor communication and slow dispatch

Ordered one item. Not sent until 9 days later. When I sent an email to customer services on day 8, no reply, but a dispatch note sent the next day. Now three days later and still no reply and the item has still not arrived. Add at least 8-10 days on to their delivery estimate and expect radio silence.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.

Ordered my item and paid for express delivery. Anyway a few days passed no tracking, so I contacted them via Facebook as they were not replying to emails.

They got back saying the item was out of stock which was fine but never updated me until I got in contact. I was told it would be dispatched on the Friday/saturday.

Monday comes along still no notification of dispatch, so I contacted them again and they said they still haven’t received the stock, at this point I asked to cancel my order and give me a full refund. To which I had a very unpleasant response.

Rude customer service. Will not order again

2 orders. 2 issues. 100% failure.

I've ordered 2 times, first time I never received the goods. I asked for their support, had to open 3 tickets as their email address for support tickets wouldn't work. I received my first order with a small gift after debugging their support system.

I ordered a second time for a big bottle of perfume going it'll get better. I received only the free samples. Tried to contact them. No answer on Instagram, by email, by phone, or from their contact form.
I ended up asking PayPal for a refund.

Issues can happen. At least get a good support if you can't manage delivery. Never ordering again.

Great, long lasting scents

Really interesting and long lasting scents.
Whilst I did have an issue with a return and the company were unresponsive for a while once they picked up my email they dealt with the exchange very quickly.

DO NOT order online. Don’t risk it.

TLDR: My order arrived a month late with almost no communication, and I wouldn’t risk ordering online from them again.

I never leave reviews. But after this, I feel I have to. I placed an order on the 17th July, with delivery expected by the 24th. It arrived today, one whole month later. But in between that time, I emailed 5 times, messaged on Instagram, called (left a voicemail), replied to the order number confirmation email - and NO sufficient response. One email, saying “We are currently checking what is causing the delay with your order” and nothing else. I tried replying to that email and nothing back. I was ready to contact my bank and get the £200 back, until it randomly arrived with no information. The fact it was a month later is one thing; the fact I had no communication after spending a relatively substantial amount of money is another. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Not worth the risk.

The customer service does not reply to…

The customer service does not reply to email messages. I purchased in the store but am having problems with longetivety of the parfum. For €160 I expect it to last at least 5 hours but it simply does not. Very disappointed in not getting any reply from customer service.

This is by far the worst company I have…

This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced. I got a message that my order was delivered, but I never received my order. I then tried to contact the company twice by e-mail and no one responded. I would highly recommend that you do your online shopping elsewhere!

Ignoring emails after promising refund!

After my package went missing in transit, Bon Parfumeur promptly responded to me and offered a refund or replacement. Given the proximity to the holiday season, the replacement would not have arrived on time - so I opted for a refund. I responded to their email making this clear. A week passed. I received no response, so followed up, assuming it as an honest mistake. This email was never replied to.

I have emailed three times since and attempted to reach out through multiple other channels - no response. I submitted an anonymous general question from a different email… surprise surprise! The company responded to the other email. This said, they are yet to acknowledge a single one of my communications regarding the missing order for which they promised a refund.

As the postage contract is held between the courier and he who purchased the label (BP), the law in this country states that the company must provide a refund upfront to the customer, and then make a claim which will be assessed by the courier providing they purchased adequate insurance. What Bon Parfumeur have done (or rather, not done) in this instance is illegal.

I will raise a chargeback with my bank and contact the ombudsman to review this matter. Trading should occur in accordance with the law of the land - not to be influenced by a company’s *willingness* to follow through on the promise of a legally due refund.

Would not recommend purchasing direct. Go through a reputable retailer - I am not the first person whom this has happened to.

racist company

Not only you have a racist assistant, but also you trying to cover it up, instead of taking accountability. Honestly it’s a real shame that you are lying. I just expected you would (at least check the cameras) and apologise publicly! Unfortunately you took the wrong route. I’d never buy from you again. Such a racist company!

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE, FRAUD AND MOCKERY!!

Been waiting for a month to get my package.
Has been returned twice because of them, i have been calling, texting, emailing, and NO ANSWER!!!
They stole my money and got nothing in return.
From europe to europe to wait 1 month for a delivery? ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!

The client service is NOTHING. It is horrible, nobody cares or answers, SUCH A SHAME!!!!

I never got my money or package in return.
Such a DISSAPOINTMENT , i love perfumes, but NEVER EVER ordering or telling my friends about this company, needs to be avoided.
SCAMMERS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
