I'm changing my bad review to a good…

I'm changing my bad review to a good one because they resolved the issue after a long discussion. I can only say that the perfume really lasts a very long time, smells amazing, is very natural and the price is very adequate. I have bought it many times and will definitely buy it again. The most important thing is that the customer is satisfied. Thank you.

I bought Perfume De Marly Percival…

I bought Perfume De Marly Percival Royal essence 125 mls non-tester.
the bottle looks different to the one I bought before from some where else. the package was not sealed and the perfume doesn't last long and smells different to the original one.

Scam

We bought two 150ml refill bottles from them and each of them lasted 30ml. A total of 60 ml of perfume was stolen. They don't even want to take responsibility, they say that the control is very strict and bla bla bla. And that we have to pour the perfume in the refills into their bottles, not others. What's the difference where I pour them, the main thing is that the amount corresponds to what is written on the label. I don't recommend it, because you will be deceived. Total scam and fraudsters

I must say how disappointed

I must say how disappointed I am with Essential Parfums: after waiting for a month I received an email today informing me that my order had been refunded...

I did not cancel the order and received no explanation at all!!! What I wanted was the order, not the refund.

It is truly a shame to treat loyal customers this way. Very sad...

It's not possible to have any one human answering me? Horrible way to treat customers.

Praise and a strong recommendation

Following a colleague’s recommendation, I signed up through the website and ordered a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. Everything arrived on time, without any issues, and the Bois Imperial fragrance is absolutely divine—it lasts all day. An absolute recommendation!
My only regret is that I didn’t order the discovery set with the fragrances right away, because the samples we received are also beautiful.
Highly recommended—fantastic fragrances at a very reasonable price!

I ordered The musk, now the second order Neroli Botanica. Fast delivery and packaging wow. They are the best perfumes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Next is Orange x Santal. Congratulations and as many customers as possible ❤️❤️❤️

ONE MONTH. STILL NO ORDER. FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS!

This company is an absolute joke. I’ve been waiting for my order for almost a month, and instead of giving real updates, they keep sending FAKE tracking numbers — yes, FAKE. One of them even belonged to someone else’s order. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s a serious breach of trust.
Their shipping process is a complete disaster, and clearly, nobody in this company knows what they’re doing. I ordered a perfume, not a headache. I WANT MY ORDER. NOW!!!!!!!!!
Needless to say, this is the last time I’ll be shopping here. Don’t waste your time or money on this circus.

Brilliant Customer Service/Product. Shaky Delivery Issues.

Ordered Bois Imperial from Essential Parfums as well as some other samples and an offer for a free 10ml. The website stated 24 to 48 hours it will be dispatched but my item was only dispatched a few days later once I pushed customer service. Vénia was amazing with my query and contacted the team with the whereabouts which then lead to my parcel being dispatched. My negative area of the experience was that tracking was all over the place and there was no strong tracking capture through France and customs, once DPD had received the pacakge it was all strong from there but there was a blank area of 7 days between customs where it was worrying. Other than that, fragrances and samples were packaged beautifully and can't thank EP enough. I'm 50/50 on ordering another item due to the tracking aspect but other than that a really strong company if the shipping can be amended as well as give themselves some leeway on shipping times.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. My item was held in French customs for a week because Essential hadn’t provided the right documentation. This was finally sorted only to discover that Essential had given DPD a wrong delivery address, even though the correct delivery address is on the order and invoice. Due to GDPR, DPD can’t tell me what address the item was being shipped to so I went back to Essential but have received no reply. I was informed by DPD today that the item has been delivered but it’s not come to my address. DPD did say that it’s the same post code area but can’t tell me more. I’ve contacted Essential several times about this but zero response. Had they picked up my mails, they could have corrected their error before the item was incorrectly delivered and I would have my parcel. Awful service and it looks like it’s going to have to be a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

Terrible customer service :(

I ordered my Rose Magnetic on 29th of June. Something went wrong during the shipping for whatever reason I don't know but my order never reached the UK and went back to Paris. I sent many emails and only received back ONE email saying that my order is still in transit... But what actually was happening is that it was on the way back to them! I asked them what happens next, will they ship it again, will they refund etc. I didn't get any answer. Today is 25th of July, it's been almost a month now. I still haven't heard from them and don't know will I ever get my order or a refund?

60 euros for discovery set....

Terrible experience. I paid for product and shipping for discovery set over website, it was 30 euro. After 15 days, I need to pay once more 30 euros. Customs are around 25 euros, shipping is 5 euros... If you are outside of France, don't buy over the website, they pick worse shipping service.

Thank you "Essential parfumes"

My experince with this company was wonderful. I ordered 2 times from this company and I am thrilled with their customer support. First time I order samples, I would say that it took maybe 10 working days from France to Germany. Then I order 2 parfums but by no reason I accidently return the package to them with not even receiving the package. Do not ask me how and why I was tired, checking the DHL app and just click "return to origin". I was devastated beacuse it was a Christmas present. I contact their customer support and explain what happend, the 24h later they reply that they see that package is on the way to them and that they will send it once again to Germany when they receive it. In the time when I writing this review is 5 days till Christmas and I should go on vacations that means I will miss my package again... So, with full embarrassment I wrote one more Email to ask them to send the package in totaly different adress to totaly different country. 24h later customer support reply that they will send it in my "vacation adress" and soon I will receive a tracking number of the package. I wanna add that I stuck with this order beacuse their parfumes last like some designer with better price and with bigger amount. I would order it again and would recommend them 100% and I feel sorry that some people had a bad experince.

The worst customer service and shipping…

The worst customer service and shipping ! I recommend and advice all not to buy any perfumes from their store online I have place an order on May 2nd and till now I didn't get my parcel :-( and when I emailed them they ignored the second email !!! although I paid for shipping .
Actually bad experience .
