Very good handling of complaints

The Snoopy plushes are super cute; delivery was fast and I had a question / issue about the shipping costs - the customer service is amazing. Huge shout-out; they helped immediately and solved the problem. Delivery was fast, everything arrived in great condition.

It arrived quickly, the only downside is that my order was only shipped in a paper bag so it kinda got wet in the rain with nothing to protect it from the inside but the actual item itself was in good condition and very soft
