Return Item Lost
I initially had problems with my delivery from Boody through Evri, when it was left outside a neighbours house I stead of mine and the box was open. That was resolved after a hunt round the close. I then had to return the bra asking for an exchange to a bigger size, but have not received the exchange item. I've received a reminder from Boody to return the item, so they obviously haven't received the return item. Post Office can't find the parcel either, so I'm now without the original item and no new item.
I emailed Boody on Monday, but haven't heard anything, so not a great experience and it's making me think twice about ordering again now, although I do love their products.

Boy leg briefs
I had an abdominal surgery and was unable to wear my normal briefs. I bought a pair of boy leg briefs . They were so comfortable I bought 5 more pairs. There is only one seam and you wouldn’t know it’s there. They wash really well and keep their shape and colour. Being able to easily remove the care label is an added bonus.

All around great experience!
All around great experience! The fabric blend of their nightdresses is so soft and breathable, it makes sleeping in them carefree - coming from someone who suffers from night sweating. I never want to sleep in anything else. I had an issue with one of my orders and their customer service was prompt and incredibly helpful offering multiple solutions. My only tiny quip would be the standard shipping times to Germany, but it’s worth the wait.

Poor bra design
Whilst Boody underwear (pants and bras) is comfortable, the pads in the bras that I purchased are not removable. As a result, after washing, the pads have moved and folded over themselves. It usually takes some time to straighten them out and reposition them, but despite spending about 30 minutes trying to straighten one pad, it simply won't go back into place, rendering the bra unwearable. Poor design and as a result, I will not purchase again.

Thank so much you for getting in touch, and for taking the time to share your feedback about our Wireless T-Shirt Bra. We would love to share a little on this design choice.
While our pads are indeed sewn in at the base of the cup, we were unable to stitch the padding all the way around the bra, as this prevented our signature Boody comfort during initial wear testing.
As we have now received further feedback from our community that the inserts were moving and/or folding during washing and were difficult to adjust back into place, our Design Team have implemented changes to address this.
The updated design will now feature inserts sewn in more securely at multiple points to reduce movement, along with side openings to help realign the inserts after washing.
While we do our best to sell through older batches first, these updates are beginning to roll out across colourways.
Our Design Team also recommends that, after washing, gently stretching the bra along the underbust band can help the padding settle back into place. Laying the bra flat to dry is also advised.
The inserts are sewn in only at the bottom to allow for four-way stretch, which provides the necessary flexibility and support in padded bras, something that wouldn’t be possible if the inserts were fully stitched in.
We hope this helps clarify, but if you have any further questions, please let us know. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our products, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Boody seems to suppress bad reviews
Boody seems to suppress bad reviews on their website. I left them a 1* review for a product, and they never published it. When I asked about it, they said bad reviews go through a different publishing process to good reviews, but did send a screenshot of mine being published. However, I then checked on their website and my review was not visible, or any other 1* or 2* reviews on that product.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the Boody team! My first parcel was lost, but they were so kind to send me a replacement – and I'm very impressed. Great customer support
I have never written a review on here or on the Internet at all. But I have to say this has been the best customer experience. A package did not arrive, or rather got sent to a nearby Kiosk and I didn't know until it was too late to pick up. Sent an e-mail and immediately got support. Got the products which, incidentally, are truly amazing.

Comfortable, high quality bras
This company makes amazing bras - really comfy and they are well made, of excellent quality and sustainable. I also find them very flattering for the figure, and like the fact that although I am a D-cup, the straps aren't too wide.
Delivery is usually fast, though in sale or high season (e.g. Christmas), it may take a bit longer.

It’s breast cancer awareness month and…
It’s breast cancer awareness month and Boody are advertising if you buy a set from the breast cancer awareness month range you with receive a free post surgical bra. I would just like to review I did this, tried to add the free bra to my basket and it would not let me. On trying a few times it did not say when ordering why it wasn’t added. I emailed Boody to complain and they have not replied to my latest email. As a breast cancer patient I feel really disappointed as I bought the set specifically to support breast cancer and receive the very appropriate post surgery bra. I wanted to leave a review to alert other patients. I asked Boody to send me out the bra after this unfortunate experience….still no reply by email or instagram. Now even more disappointed. It’s a shame as their products are so nice especially for breast cancer scars/surgery.
Update…. Boody reached out to me and made the situation right, and I feel they listened to my concerns. They seemed to take my feedback very seriously, and I feel happier and would shop again.

Does not last, stitching came undone in less than two months.
I am giving two stars as the pants are very comfy.
Really disappointed with my larger bust t-shirt bra from boody. I really struggle to find comfortable underwear and hoped I would finally managed with boody. I ordered a larger bust T-shirt bra (for context I am a size ten and 32 E) in a small, as indicated by the size chart. The cups on the bra were not actually quite big enough and did not fully support and cover me but it wasn't too far off and comfy, so I let it slide. I just quickly realised I couldn't run or my boobs would slowly pop out.
What has really disappointed me is that after less than two months the stitching has come undone and the bra is broken. One of the straps can no longer be attached as the loop has broken off. I paid more than I often would for this bra and, unless I can figure out how to stitch it back together, I can't use it.
