I love these products and have now bought many . So comfortable and they look good too . I won’t wear anything else

Great fabric but sizing feels a bit off. For the bralette s feels more like an xs. I always wear an s, but with this brand, if you have a size 70 C take m, although that might feel weird.

Very comfortable underpants. The bamboo feels very cool to wear. Arrived speedily & in eco friendly packaging. I would definitely recommend their products.

The products are very nice, but it took way longer than expected to receive them. They tell you 3-5 working days. It took almost 2 weeks, so be aware if you need the products urgently...

I was looking for comfy bras to go under my racer back shirts and the ones from Boody were the perfect fit!

I bought 5 of them and wore them all summer

Really comfortable bras and underpants with good coverage and support. I wear large/extra large and am really happy to find something that gives support and is suitable to wear for when I teach yoga. Delivery is quick and they use eco friendly packaging too.

I first tried their underwear when I lived in Australia because I saw an add on tv. Now I'm not wearing anything else, it's my favourite underwear and have ordered multiple times since I'm back in Europe. Quality products of which I had some for years and washed a thousand times still keep their shape and still just as comfy. Reading some of the other reviews here there seemed to have been an issue with customs ordering from the eu site but I live in Spain and the parcel came from Germany so I had no issues, very odd, maybe they changed it :-)

I live in Italy. I assume we all know the UK is no longer in the European Union! The Boody eu site delivers from the UK. So it should be called Boody UK. And then you can decide to read the fine print on what a pain shipping is going to be with customs charges. Because the UK / England / Great Britain decided to exclude themselves from the EU. I would not have ordered the clothes if I knew this was going to be a long and expensive problem. Underwear isn’t worth the hassle. I’ll order from Organic Basics they make kick ass and comfy underwear too. They also come from a REAL European company.

Okay I received my package after I emailed Boody. They contacted UPS who contacted me and asked for my Codice Fiscale which I gave to them and the next day they delivered the clothes.
So I’m happy now.
Boody may need to have country specific ordering forms. So all the proper information is on the label and delivery is a little bit more easy. IDK I love the clothes. I will order more when I go to the States I guess.

Finding the perfect shorts to endure summer, was quite a challenge. But I definitely found my one and only in Boody. Super comfortable, non sweaty and stays where it is suppose to be. I ordered two sizes, in which I found quite a difference of about 5 centimeters in waist band though. I needed the bigger one although I should have had the smaller one according to the size guide

Be warned, ships from the UK when on Boody EU – you will pay high customs charge!

I specifically ordered from Boody EU – not Boody UK as to avoid any customs charges.
They have a completely separate option/tab for Boody UK.
The parcel is then shipped to Germany and you are then liable for customs.
It’s not a small fee, my fee was €65,40.
Customer services then state that the fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
They are falsely advertising that there is a Boody EU site, the only difference is you are paying Euros.
I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered.
I will not order direct from them again.

I really like the basic but comfortable bra's they offer. If you have a bit of a bigger size, I would not really wear them to work or something. However, they are perfect for indoors. The only issue I had is the shipping: since it ships from the UK, over Germany, it's a bit of a mystery where and when your package will arrive, so you need to stay on top of that yourself. the normal postal apps we have in NL don't work for some reason with deutsche post, they use.

No problem ordering or with the sizes, everything is very comfortable and makes me feel even better that it’s good for the planet (or rather, not bad).

The site gives you the illusion that Boody EU' ships from EU, but it doesn't. They take it to the post office in the UK 3 to 5 working days after you placed the order. They ship it to Germany, where it lingers for a couple of days. Track & trace starts here, so no mention of UK in your e-mail. Then it goes from Germany to the customs of whatever country you 're from. Where it rests on a probably huge pile to be "released" by customs on an indefinate date.
So only order here if you are in no hurry at all and do not really care when your order will arrive eventually.
I tried contacting customer service but their chat gave an out of office for the weekend at 10 o'clock on friday morning.

Terrible costumer service, my order is still not delivery after 2 weeks and no reply from costumer care at all.

I like the quality off the products.
I dont like the returnprocedure. I costs 26 euro from The Nederlands to United Kingdom. I will not do that again.

Boody confirmed receipt of a return (which had been very expensive to send!) 13 days ago and still no refund.

In my experience, Boody is fantastic in multiple ways! Great quality products and quick delivery (to Holland), awesome customer service and even a Bcorp status so good for the planet & people. Since the diagnosis of a skin disease recently, I had to switch to bamboo underwear (which causes the least irritation). And having to replace all pieces was a high expense. They offered me a discount which I truly appreciate! Thank you team Boody, keep up the good work!

I first found this brand in a Whole Foods in London. Since then, I have ordered 3-4 times from the Boody.eu site and have had my items shipped to Bulgaria. Although the shipping is expensive, the items have arrived in a timely manner via DHL. The products are of the highest quality, comfortable, and sustainable. I have even received my packages at work and have had coworkers comment on the underwear. One doesn’t know it but will be getting four pairs of Boody underwear for Christmas! Highly recommend!
