Ordered next day delivery from boohoo… it did not come the next day. I ordered before the cutoff time as well so this was a huge let down. Boohoo have seriously went down hill. Highly doubt they’ll give me my £5.99 back that I paid for next day delivery.

Dreadful company to deal with. I returned an item on time with tracking and they refused to communicate with me. Not withstanding the huge difficulty to find a means to communicate with them. They are a Chinese company hense they follow their own rules. Avoid.

I can’t believe the amazing customer service . I contacted customer services Saturday evening about an issue with a pair of boots .. I already have a replacement being dispatched … fab service Boohoo

Vile company. Premier customer for many years, won’t ever purchase another thing. After sending me the wrong item, they expect me to return it when I don’t have capacity to do so. They could organise to have if collected while sending the new one. They ignore messages for help and continue to copy and paste the same message over and over. Stay clear of them. PLT have a far better customer service

Forget about returning anything. It’ll cost you time and your sanity. You have to put in the work for their mistakes. Horrible experience! Never again will I shop with them.

I ordered Boohoo Premier in May when they clearly started that it came with 12 months free returns. I needed to return items this week and I was charged for the return. When I questioned this I was told they can change the terms anytime they want per Section 19 of their terms and conditions. So please be very aware of this if you decide to purchase their Premier as what you are purchasing at the time can be changed by them at any time during your 12 months.

Boohoo next day delivery. Not next day. Ordered a dress on Friday afternoon to arrive Saturday. Got an email saying won't be here till Monday. Don't rely on this service if you desperately need an outfit for the next day. MAJOR LET DOWN

I would never use boohoo again! I ordered a top for next day delivery for a holiday had a message the following day confirming delivery got home nothing not even a card so checked the tracking it was delivered to an address 300 miles away I tried to contact boohoo the only way I could get hold of them was through Facebook messenger and they told me I needed to go and collect it of the address! Stay well away people

I've never written a trust pilot review before but my experience with boohoo has been so terrible, here I am. Firstly, customer service is very poor. They will not offer any goodwill gestures for mistakes and technical issues on their site. They charge for return fees for faulty items. The clothes and sizing are absolutely appalling, the quality used to be good. I'm a long time user of boohoo, I'm done with them now. Absolutely atrocious. Money sucking organisation with dreadful offerings.

My dress came with white stains all down the front of it and when I messaged boohoo customer service I was told I have to return the dress or they can send another. I choose to return the dress for a refund. Then to my surprise was told my refund can take up to 15 days, and that I have to pay for the return which will be taken out of my refund.
With faulty goods this should not be the case at all. Refunds should be issued as soon as return is created and return should be free.

Got a hoodie dress really nice on sale as well when it arrived late as it took 2 days to ship one item from what I can see on tracking,
But when it arrived today there was 1kg of dust on have washed the dress already one time and still insane amount of dust just coming out of it, and smells really weird

I ordered something for standard delivery from boohoo 18 days ago and my order still hasn't been delivered. Its a bit late now because the event that I had was at the weekend and I thought I was ordering in plenty of time. Love boohoo because they have more affordable petite options than other stores but the delivery time is crazy. Shein has delivered my stuff faster🤦‍♀️ (update 06/06)... it's saying my order was placed on the 15/06/24.. which is in 9 days time?? Never again.

Wish I could give less than 1 star and wish I had looked BooHoo (Ireland) up on Trustpilot before ordering. I ordered two blazers, which fit well but are super cheap looking. I also ordered a pair of shoes in my usual size but they are at least one size larger. When I used their returns portal to return by drop off, no information is given on WHERE to drop off! I have tried to use the email contact form but it refuses to recognise my order number, cannot progress beyond this step to actually ask where the drop off point is. Having read the reviews here, I have closed my account as it seems not to be worth the aggravation of trying to get a refund. I am glad that I bought items on sale so I am not too much out of pocket. I will never order from BooHoo (Ireland) again and based on the quality would advise against even taking a chance no matter how good the price seems. You really do get what you pay for. Just trashy, Waste of time and Money.

I am still waiting for a refund for the coat I returned on the 16 April. Shocking service

I am getting married this week and needed a few extra bits. I placed an order on Thursday April 25th, paid for next day delivery before 1pm as instructed. Items didn't arrive the next day .. and still have not arrived. I contacted the carrier, they have not received my items. Boohoo are still telling me to wait until tomorrow 😩 disaster of an experience

Update : Customer service confirmed the items have been lost and offered to resend as a next day delivery. I agreed only to again be left disappointed, my items will not arrive until the following day. It seems they do not understand the term " Next day" delivery. Waste of time energy and money.

False advertisement!

Placed order on the 9th of April had problem with returns label got one 3 weeks on no refund questioned it and had to upload all the details again. Clothes are rubbish quality and rubbish. Better quality on Shein

Paid for next day delivery and 10 days later still waiting. Customer service is a joke!

Terrible customer experience .
I’ve paid for next day delivery 3 times and it’s always sent via standard post . Expected delivery was 14th and they said I wont receive it till the 20th (ordered 12th)
When I asked for the tracking number they just ignored me and asked me to “humbly be patient” and if I don’t receive it by the 20th to get in touch again.
Won’t be ordering again. I’ve never tried to send anything back but I’ve heard they make that difficult also .

Worst experience ever! Cannot find out where my local paperless drop-off point is (to return an order) and absolutely no means of contacting them from Ireland.
Customer Service non-existent!

Please be careful order from Boohoo. I lost money ordering from them. I returned two dresses back to them being that they were too big. I paid the postal service at the USPS to get a label in order to return my package back to them like I was told to do. Here it is almost a month and I have not received my refund as of yet. On their website it says I will receive my refund in 4 to 5 business days. I will take this up with PayPal.
