It was very easy starting from booking to using the car park. The good thing was that there is option you park the car and keep the keys so no hassle on return from holiday to wait around for someone to bring the vehicle. Also good shuttle service.

The booking process was easy and the price was reasonable. Clear directions were sent and easy access in and out of the car park. Only thing I would say is the carpark layout is confusing and I was guided to area W which is a rather long way from any of the bus stops. Which is clearly a Gatwick issue not relative to you.

Painless and speedy experience
Booking is dead easy. on arrival at the car park there is someone to greet you and tell you exactly what to do. Checking in is no problem and the reception staff are courteous and clear. Buses are usually quick to arrive although an announcement when the bus arrives at each terminal would be useful. On return the collection, key pick up and car location all run smoothly.
