It was good value and then when i needed to extend i could do that online even to cover a delay.

Difficult finding a spot so only four stars

Amazing and much easier to use than the car parks just outside the area.
The buses run every 10 minutes and are not too crowded.
The car parks and rows of cars are clearly marked so easy to find your car on return. The car park is only 4 minutes from the airport terminal which is fantastic also the bus stop on return is so near to the terminal just by the smoking area which is handy if you like to have a puff. Over all I think it is a great service.

Always use this, as it's always consistanly very good, easy to book, and easy to use on both arrival and departure. I consider it good value compared with other options.

Close and easy acess to Terminal N. The number plate reader connected to a welcome sign was nice on arrival...it would have been nice to have had one on the way out as we just drove out and wondered whether our number plate had actually been read on departure (if not were we going to get a fine for supposedly overstaying)...or a confirmation email to say thanks for parking/leaving would have been good.

Excellent service and help was available extremely quickly when we had a problem with the battery.

We were delayed by 2 days/stuck in egypt no flights and did not charge for car any extra and car was all great

I always use mid stay at Gatwick, easy to book, closed in short walk to terminal & hassle free.
I got caught up in the air traffic control debacle this week & overstayed my booked slot by 24 hours. The email stated a £60 fine, reduced if I contacted them within 48 hours, I telephoned & spoke to Chloe explaining what had happened. She was genuinely sympathetic & kindly waived the charge.

On site parking. Easy to book. Good communication and airport signage. Efficient check-in and collection. Friendly and helpful staff/transfer driver.

Very easy once parked up. Quick shuttle bus ride and you there . Only problem we had was our bus stop was closing but they didn’t give a stop to got to . So had to use the intercom at the bus stop but was then explained where exactly to go very good service .

When collected by the bus on our way out the driver was a very happy person making everyone welcome a gr8 start to our holiday

Gatwick's airport parking is easy and intuitive, and fairly cost effective. I would prefer though not to have to scroll through so many add on/upsell options.

You have a SCAM parking company operating YOUR drop off zone! Its disgusting that you allow them to do this & NOT to take responsibility!!!!!!!!!!!
