I would give them zero stars if possible.
Thank goodness I did my due diligence before booking.
We were wanting to book a villa for 12 people but as none of the photos showed enough seating for 12 I naively thought I would contact the company and ask.
Firstly, their online chat is closed on weekends (when most guests arrive). We found at least 6 phone numbers for Novasol, most of which have been discontinued, the others were never answered. This morning I receive the worst reply to a guests enquiry I have ever read in my life. Their disinterest is staggering!
I, too, am a holiday let owner and I work hard to ensure I answer all enquiries from potential guests speedily, kindly and efficiently. Maybe that's why I have 75%+ repeat bookings. Novasol, you should be ashamed of yourselves for your indifference and blatant lack of interest or care.
I will not be booking our holiday for 12 with you and I will ensure that future guests are warned of your appalling lack of service.
Buyer beware! You'll get no help from Novasol.
