I’m a Yoga teacher with a small studio and I was looking for an easy to use, affordable booking system. BookingHawk was recommended to me by a friend and I'm really happy that she did because this system does the job I want perfectly for me.

I've been with BookingHawk for about three and a half years now and I love it. The system is so easy to use and I can quickly set up classes, retreats, workshops, all kinds of events.

What I really love is the customer service. It’s fantastic. When I was getting started there were a couple of times when I needed help. I'm in Australia and, even on weekends in a very different time zone, I was staggered how quickly my questions were handled.

I am super impressed with BookingHawk. The team are friendly and very helpful, the system easy to use and the options suit my needs, all at a very affordable price, with payment options that suit me.

Highly recommend Booking Hawk as a booking system. Can't recommend Niall and Katie enough. Their dedication to taking the stress away from you as a business owner and additional admin that we have to do is second to none .
No question that you may have is ever an issue and their customer service is excellent, getting back to you straight away and offer any solutions.

Compared to the cost of other booking systems , the cost appears to good to be true , it is so readonable and surely you can't get much for that !

Let me tell you, i hear more complaints about other companies who are charged much more , so please don't think paying more gets you more .

My customers love the system as they find it easy to navigate and I love how easy it is to create new classes and events at the touch of a button , definitely made my business life easier .

Excellent service …. I just set my small business up online and the team at Booking Hawk were very helpful throughout and followed up after I went live to ensure all was in order.

Niall and his Team are excellent to deal with and always super quick to help. The tool is easy and intuitive and has made bookings for my yoga classes and Soundbaths and other offerings a breeze. I am using Bookinghawk since July 2024. You also can't beat them on price. Highly recommend this Irish business!

I have been using BookingHawk since 2021 and I am happy to say they have been a game changer for me, I love the fact that they are Irish, that you get to speak to a real person if you have an issue, that they update their programming and that I can use them over a wide range of formats. The team have been super helpful if I have ever needed them and their system has increased the visibility of any of my workshops or trainings on google.

I searched and searched for a booking system that was simple to use and reasonably priced and when I came across booking hawk, I was delighted when the customer service team got in touch to help me get set up which and the team have been so supportive since with any queries I have. The demo videos they provided are so helpful and made the whole process very easy. It is also very reasonably priced and my clients find it so easy to use. I couldn’t recommend booking hawk enough.
