Easy booking process
Easy to find a good garage using site, gave prices for garages in area which was good. Easy to book and good communication on booking. This encouraged me to book my second car through the site.

False price on quotes
The quote I was given at booking was not what the garage charge I ended up paying £20 more than what was quoted
