Easy booking process
Easy to find a good garage using site, gave prices for garages in area which was good. Easy to book and good communication on booking. This encouraged me to book my second car through the site.

False price on quotes

Superb service with good communication
Superb service with good communication, excellent explanation and attention to solving the issues. Quite clearly the best garage I have ever had for the 11 years I have had this Jaguar X Type, by a country MILE. They deliver outstanding service and although it is a rural garage on a farm, it is laid back but incredibly thorough and utterly professional. I live in Yorkshire but will use this Cambridge garage for all my servicing.

Quoted Price Not Honoured
I recently booked a full car service through the BookMyGarage UK website and accepted a quoted price provided on the platform. However, after the service was completed, I was asked to pay an additional £65 on top of the agreed quote. I raised this issue with BookMyGarage, but their response did not satisfactorily justify the extra charges against the original quoted price. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, as the final cost did not match what was agreed at the time of booking.
