I've been asking via chat and also via…
I've been asking via chat and also via email for someone to CONFIRM the dates/days of this experience and I'm not getting an answer.
I see now that this is a USA company and hence why it's likely causing the issue.
The dates are May 22 and 23rd which is a Fri/Sat, yet the agenda is Sat/Sun which is May 23/24th.
Will not proceed with booking until I get an answer.

Offered accommodations weren't actually available
I booked a two week meditation retreat through bookretreats, which allowed me to select my accommodations. I was informed by the host that those accommodations weren't available and alternate accommodations were offered.
After paying my deposit, I was informed that the terms and conditions prohibited any alcohol during the retreat. I had intended on attending the world famous full moon party on Koh Phangan and having a drink or two. This should have been made clear prior to paying my deposit.
While I was disappointed by this experience, I have had several other experoences with BookRetreats that were very positive.

The experience at PINK PALACE was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. You felt like in a second home. Warm people, healthy food and environment. There is a variety of sustainable recreational options without going that far or spending much resources. I really enjoyed it.
