The hotel was in a perfect location the staff where excellent the only concern was housekeeping was not very good we had cobwebs every where in the room glass wear was not removed and left for the entire stay plug hole in bathroom was full of mould

Hoping for an exciting trip
Although I have not actually travelled to my destination yet, the booking experience has been easy this far.
The initial telephone sales call made everything really clear - the speedy response when I made the decision to pay in sending me the details was impressive.
I now look forward to our 4 nights away at a luxury retreat.
