Extremely disgusted with…
Extremely disgusted with Booksplea.se!!!! For the first time EVER they let me down BIG TIME!!!!
Sent me a book, that was supposed to be Brand New. But as soon as I opened the parcel I was met with some sticky stuff that has stopped me from opening the last 4 pages of the book! Also the front cover is all bent at the bottom, and the back has brown what looks like some sort of glue/parcel tape along the majority of the back cover!!!
There is an ink blot inside the front cover, and the paper quality is like the book has been printed on a home computer!
After contacting Booksplea.se they agreed to me having to send back for a full refund!
Yet again I am having to sort out someone else's problem at the company, who just couldn't be bothered!!!!
Let down and p****d off with this company, so WON'T BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Do not use this company
Ordered a book for a birthday present. It arrived with a damaged front cover. I returned the book for a replacement and was assured the replacement would be quality checked before dispatch. Replacement arrived with a damaged front cover.
