Great app

Great app and easy to use. It’s like having your own secretary. The new prepay option was vital. Also great at getting new customers.

Stay away!

Registered with the app. Used the app and wanted to ensure 1 payment + payout before adding it to my instagram. They held my payment from work I performed. They would not activate the payout feature until I would allow all my clients to book through it. I wanted to test the app first before truly advertising it on my business as "the" booking app. They said they needed all my banking info then, they would activate it. I provided that...then they said they "must" be connected to my instagram...they keep moving the line and making users jump through hoops...meanwhile holding payments hostage in their janky app.

Booksy is using my business name (Venus…

Booksy is using my business name (Venus Spa, East Boston) without permission. Their listing appears in search results, but says “Business Unavailable,” making it look like my spa is closed. I never signed up for this platform. It’s misleading and hurts my business reputation.

I’ve been having booksy for 4 plus…

I’ve been having booksy for 4 plus years now and it makes my booking and my hair salon business so easy to manage. The payment processors are so convenient and the coustmer service is top tier if there’s ever any questions or problems I may have. I’ve recommend over 4 people to boosky and they also love the booking app! Keep up the good work

Serious issues for Jersey (Channel Islands) based businesses – no support from Booksy - unusable service - huge business impact


Booksy has made backend changes that have disrupted core features for businesses based in Jersey (Channel Islands), with no warning or resolution.

Key services that no longer work:
• One-Time Passwords (OTPs) – new clients can’t register or book online
• SMS reminders – no longer being sent
• Mobile payments disabled, due to switch to a provider that does not support Jersey (only UK mainland)

This also breaks:
• Voucher sales
• Cancellation protection (both rely on mobile payments)

We’ve raised multiple support tickets but received no meaningful response. Businesses are left stranded, with Booksy still charging for a service that’s no longer fully functional. Very disappointing experience, especially for long-term users.

Would not recommend for businesses in the Channel Islands unless this is resolved.

Top-notch service!!

My experience with customer service care is always top-notch. Rachael Schaefer is always thorough, polite, well versed in providing the best customer service experience you could have, and she's patient. She answered all of my questions. I felt greatly satisfied with the knowledge I have with booksy app and business tools.

Anyone can register with this application

Since people create fake email addresses Everyone can register with booksy !
Everyone can be a “verified boosky user”
Also if the business Do Not use the pay feature on the application How does boosky warrant that the business provided the service ?
Business owners will get bad or good reviews by people “Booksy think got served ? Even though they don’t have proof they will allow the reviews that can destroy your business or scam customers

No clear information on refunding booking deposit

Paid a deposit of £17.50 to book an eyelash lift and tint appointment. Appointment was cancelled by the business I booked with due to not doing them anymore, contacted both business and Booksy on how I get my deposit back… business owner told me Booksy will refund it back, contacted Booksy through email and have had no reply after a couple of days. Just got no hope of getting refunded and will not be booking on here again in the future

Rubbish app and service

Rubbish app and service, will find another place that Doesnt use this non sense, waiting for 4 digit code to make a booking, you are not having my bank details for such a terrible service.
