Not happy as i did not get the results for my skin as promised. In fact, it is worse than before.

Bookwell is a very easy website to use to book treatments and you get automatic email & texts to confirm the booking. However, when i got to the store they had no knowledge of my booking and even further was asked to pay when leaving even though i already had on this website. They asked for proof (bank statement & email) before calling a number to confirm payment.

Very happy. I have fine hair and the curl drops out very quickly. Walter did a great job and the curls lasted 2 days!

I already had an online booking system but thought I would give Bookwell a try to increase my online presence. Unfortunately I didn't get much business at all from being on Bookwell and then had to wait for weeks to receive my money. I will stick with the online booking system that I have now. It is much better for me.

Got a spam email saying thanks for booking. Well I have never booked on this website or anything salon related online in my life and I don’t appreciate spam.

The shop's internet was apparently down when my booking came in so they didn't get it. I still got a confirmation message and text message so I showed up and they couldn't fit me in. I booked it the day before my holiday so I could have fresh nails to last the holiday so I had no time to rebook. I won't be using this service again.

I don't trust Bookwell anymore as it has sent me messages that my hairdresser cancelled my appointment and sent a message to my hairdresser that I cancelled the appointment, when no one cancelled the bookings at all.
