Our charity uses Bookwhen to help organise a local youth club on our site. It is very easy to use, straightforward to administer, and enables the team to know who is coming on a club night. We do not need the system for anything more, and we are very happy with how it works.

I recently started a Paint Party business, teaching paint nights in the bars, restaurants and parties. I was started trying to just take e-transfers and keep track of party participants on a notepad. Then I saw my local Yoga place booking people on BOOKWHEN. So I started to research and decided to try it.
Bookwhen has made my business so professional, efficient and the biggest thing, EASY !
I am not very computer techy and the use of the site is extremely user friendly. I love the layouts, and options I can add to each Paint party.
I look forward to so many Paint Parties and a huge part of the thanks goes to Bookwhen for helping me get started in my retirement business.

I started using Bookwhen when a friend of mine said it really helped with her dance school. I have a brand new swim school and really wanted a hassle free way of dealing with bookings. I am a bit of a technophobe so I was quite nervous however I found Bookwhen really easy to set up and manage. I like that I can use either my laptop or phone too. I love BookWhen. It has all the features I was looking for to streamline registration and payment for my training events, with very reasonable prices (without taking a cut of each sale you make like some other platforms), and they have the best support staff as well. Very responsive and helpful, even with personalized tutorial videos. Highly recommend this platform.

We’ve used Bookwhen for several years for our members to book & pay for courses and activities. It’s a really versatile tool that does exactly what we want, and easily integrates with payment systems and our own website. Never had any major problems, and the one time there was a glitch with the system it was resolved very quickly with great communication from the team.

It's easy and quick for me to schedule and update activities that I'm running, I can access it from my phone so it's convenient if I'm out and about and it's user friendly for my customers. It's also a really good price for the service I get.
