I use Bookwhen for all my class and party bookings at The Creative Corner, and it’s been brilliant! It’s so easy to set up sessions, manage bookings, and keep everything organised. My customers find it really simple to use too. It’s been around five months we have been open now and I know there is more features to dive into using. Definitely recommend for small business owners! 💜

I've used Bookwhen as a customer for over 6 years, and always found it quick and easy to book my classes and special events.
Now as a fitness instructor myself, I found the system so easy and helpfully user friendly to set my new business account up with all my classes. I highly recommend this App.

I'm not the account holder, I use Bookwhen as an employee. I find it straightforward and easy to use. I can see what classes I'm teaching, who's attending and all relevant details quickly and easily. Being able to see my classes and all other classes easily makes it easy for me to plan visits to the school on non-teaching days.

Bookwhen is a great booking system for my small business, its saved so much time on administration duties which leaves me more time to do the practical aspects of my work.

Once you get the hang of the system, it's really easy to make changes when you want to. Also, the customer support is so good. You're speaking to real people most of the time (unless there's no one available, in which case you use the chat bot, but even after that a real person will get in touch with you via email to make sure you got all the info you needed). It's really a great system!

Why do you want everyone’s individual email that orders tickets and not 1 email address for a block booking. I will be sending a GDPR request as I would like to know how secure your system is against hacks etc

We are using BookWhen to manage our Gym booking system. Initially, we had some issues setting this up the way we wanted but customer support and the help pages were excellent.

We now have a fully operational system that allows users to create and manage their bookings meaning that our staff can get on with other tasks outwith BookWhen. The dream!!!

I would highly recommend this system to others.

Crowborough Chess Club run two tournaments a year and attract 60 players each time.

Bookwhen allows us to subscibe and unsubscribe easily and quickly.

The booking system allows a variety of tickets depending on whether the players are members or not and whether they wish to pay online or pay on the day.

In addition we can show all the tournament details and send bulk emails to all the attendees to remind them of the event and to provide registration and travel details.

Highley recommended and the Bookwhen cost does not keep going up.

I have tried it and it works. Once my adventure business kicks off in Kenya, I will definitely use it

I can add questions on my booking forms - photo consent, allergies and anything else I need to know without having to contact customers.

If my events are the same each week I can duplicate them and also, add discounts if people book them all.

I'm a Zumba instructor and I'm using Bookwhen to manage class bookings, tracking attendance and payments. It is a very useful tool and the support is just great. I higly recommend it.

BookWhen is such a great way to advertise my yoga and mindfulness retreat and events. Everything is all in one place. Attendees can book and pay with ease and payment is all linked for ease of managing funds. Highly recommended. It is super easy to set up and add/move content when needed. I've been using BookWhen for a couple of months and I am so glad I made the choice to commit to such a professional system.

I started using Bookwhen at the beginning of lockdown, and it was an absolute lifesaver. Launching online classes while trying to manage bookings, payments and new technology was incredibly challenging, but Bookwhen made it all manageable.

Setting up your classes on the platform is definitely a time investment, as it’s a very comprehensive system. But once everything is in place, it takes a huge weight off your shoulders. The system runs smoothly, and everything becomes so much easier to manage.

The support team is second to none, always available, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Bookwhen to anyone running classes or events. It’s a fantastic tool and a reliable partner for your business.

Easy to use, all the guides are helpful and it is easy for clients too, maybe needs to say on the first page that payments are taken after confirming booking as some clients hadn't got this far before they queried how to pay. Made my life a lot easier using this tool. Highly recommend. Isn't too badly priced but It would be nice if clients received confirmation under this payment level.

Very easy to manage, reliable booking system. We have members, various discounts, vouchers, several schedules - it copes with all of this. Ease of use is another thing bookwhen is providing. We have 4 team members and all can use it without needing a degree ;-)
