I have a great experience with Bookwhen. I use it for my Daisy First Aid business as well and I always recommend it to anyone as the team is very helpful, the system is easy to use and if you are stuck somewhere, you can always ask the team, they are happy to help with anything at any point.
It is also very beneficial for us that you can sign up up and cancel a plan any time as we just do events twice a year. Also for my other business I love that it is automatic and I do not have to renew every month. It is a great system with a great team all together!

What a load of rubbish. Had to re-new password every time I had to use this horrible web site.

I am getting used to setting up events and the process is fair. A few tricky moments however good value for the service and I am keen to keep developing the system to make bookings smoother.

I've been using Bookwhen for a couple of years now, it is really easy to use both from my perspective and also a customer perspective. I'm a yoga teacher and students book onto my classes using Bookwhen. Really straightforward and the support is excellent. There's been a couple of occasions where I haven't been sure how to do something. When I've contacted Bookwhen for support the staff have been really friendly and helpful on the couple of occasions Ive needed support. It means I know how many people are coming to classes and I use Stripe Payments so classes are paid upfront. Really pleased I made this transition.

Bookwhen is the perfect flexible and adaptable tool for when you're just starting out and getting to grips with setting up your offering. I used Bookwhen as a half-step before investing in a full website to test my offer and have proof of concept. Then once my website was up and running, I continued to use it, adapting it to continue working for me. It's now embedded into my website as the sole booking platform. I highly recommend it and think the monthly cost is worth it for all the things you can do with Bookwhen.

Used bookwhen for a few years and have had a fantastic experience with them. The live chat is amazing, as a not so techy person I got lots of advice which helped me really be able to use the system how I needed. On a time the system didn't quite do what I was hoping they even said they would suggested it in their next team meeting and with regular updates I found this problem was solved very quickly.
I really don't have a negative thing to say because the system and staff are incredible

I like the platform a lot. Very straightforward, payments go through smoothly, very easy to navigate too!
