I have had a great experience…until

I have had a great experience previously with boom however they are impossible to contact I have been trying for a week almost, the chat bot seems the only way to attempt to speak to anyone and no human ever answers!

Please my renewal is due asap!

Aweful experience.

Aweful experience.
Their customer service is inexisting.
Nobody come back to you via the live chat or e-mail.
I’ve been trying to reach them 4 days in a row via e-mail and live chat, without success.
Don’t book anything through them, the lack of customer serice creates an aweful experience. It’s not worth it.

Worst experience, they declined to repair my car for no reason. They never pick up any calls.
