Prior Authorization

I talked with Essence Chicoine about finding out about Prior Authorization that I have been waiting on for 6 weeks. She called Cohere and found out they approved the procedure on 3-4-2026. Of course no one called or let my Dr know any of this. She was very helpful and very understanding. I want to thank her for all she did for me.

Issue resolved

Cannot say how grateful I am to Malaquia Brown for resolving an issue with a bill that was originally denied by Medicare due to improper coding. 10 Star organization

10 Star organization. I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude to Danielle for her book, countless videos, and Agent Robert Galindo for correcting my horrible mistake. I originally relied on a friend’s advice for a plan and to use a local independent agent (with zero resources). This agent also failed to provide a lot of important details relative to available plans. Once I realized my mistake, it led to a lot of additional anxiety and stress on top of my company recently shutting down unexpectedly. I completed an online Boomer Benefits enquiry. Robert called me called me shortly thereafter. He explained ALL the facts, pros and cons without bias, and then enrolled me in a proper plan. He offered further guidance on a drug plan as well as Danielle’s drug plan video link. READ DANIELLE’S BOOK! Amazon, $10. Call Robert. You should be good-to-go. Rob H.

Boomer Benefits is a great company!

We contacted Boomer Benefits 7 years ago to get help signing up for Medicare. They have been great to work with. Their professionals are informed, very knowledgeable, always timely with any response(s) and their communication skills are outstanding. They have helped both me and my husband find the right Medigap policies that fit our needs, have assisted our changing of policies and have recently given immeasurable help dealing with a billing issue with Medicare. One of us was billed for services that should be covered by Medicare and after our getting the run around from the provider, the insurance office and the lab charging us for the blood work, I remembered handling issues was part of Boomer Benefits benefits.
When we contacted Boomer Benefits we were assigned a customer care professional, Ruth Oekerman who has provided excellent service and resolution. Even when a problem showed up on the Medicare portal that was inhibiting the processing of claims, she investigated it. She kept in constant communication via email and phone calls to inform of us progress on the issue. It was such a relief for her to handle the whole thing. That kind of service is priceless! We are so glad we chose Boomer Benefits. We recommend them to everyone.

Thank you, Laura Munn, for helping me navigate the Medicare Part D quagmire when my carrier dropped me. Natalie Stein is a star! I was having a frustrating experience accessing & printing some excellent content from your web site - so was ready for a good rant as I dialed up BB. Thankfully, I reached Natalie who talked me off a ledge, solved the uncommon problem I was having on my phone & enabled me to print the docs I needed. Natalie’s (1) patience (in putting up with my rant), (2) sense of humor in getting me to laugh at the situation AND (3) ability to problem-solve the tech challenge I was having were impressive - especially since her primary responsibility is to answer customer questions about Medicare, which I am sure she is wonderful at as well. Really excellent service

Cameo R. found me a terrific option for a Supplemental Plan when I started Medicare Part B, and helped me get properly signed up. Later, I was having a very difficult time finding a Primary Care Provider who accepts new Medicare patients in my area, and Wendy S. stepped in to guide me to several possibilities.
